Don’t order cinnamon raisin. It doesn’t taste cinnamon or you can see any raisin. Garlic bagel is probably their best. Everything bagel is below average. Low carb is just a salty dough

Always fresh, perfect crust outside and chewy inside. Lesser bagel places should be taking notes, bagels should not be hard, small and have insides with the consistency of bread. There are some seriously mediocre bagel places in the area, but this place is not one of them. Please keep up the awesome bagels!!!!

At the cashier, I paid for 4 sesame bagels and a container of scallion cream cheese, only 3 other customers were in the store, after 5 minutes of waiting, I was told they ran out of sesame bagels!!! Shouldn't the cashier check before taking the money if they have it or not? So I had to take something else. The cream cheese had no scallions in it, and tasted horrible. Never stopping here again! And owner/manager please do not respond to this review with excuses.

The wait for ordering at the store is astronomical. Waited nearly 20 minutes just to place my order.. they need a better system, more staff, another register/cashier, something needs to be changed. Last time we just went across to another bakery less than 5 minutes away. This time I waited not thinking it would actually take 20min for a plain bagel and an everything bagel with cream cheese. I liked this place because it was close to home but cannot justify a 20 min waiting line. Bagels are good. Nothing extraordinary. Unsure I’ll return or recommend simply because of the wait.
