Always fresh, perfect crust outside and chewy inside. Lesser bagel places should be taking notes, bagels should not be hard, small and have insides with the consistency of bread. There are some seriously mediocre bagel places in the area, but this place is not one of them. Please keep up the awesome bagels!!!!

The wait for ordering at the store is astronomical. Waited nearly 20 minutes just to place my order.. they need a better system, more staff, another register/cashier, something needs to be changed. Last time we just went across to another bakery less than 5 minutes away. This time I waited not thinking it would actually take 20min for a plain bagel and an everything bagel with cream cheese. I liked this place because it was close to home but cannot justify a 20 min waiting line....

I think they're incredible bagels, soft and doughy inside and harder on the outside, just the way they should be!! Other then always forgetting to bring cash (no cards, cash only), I have no complaints!! They're definitely worth trying if you're a bagel person!! You'll love em
