Don’t even think about it. They sold me tuna on a bagel sandwich that had questionably old tuna, and brown lettuce that was starting to rot. I took one bite and was thoroughly disgusted, and threw it away. I went hungry for lunch. I will never go back 🤮

I got very angry today . I bought 12 bagels and asked the lady can she give me tinny cream cheese for one she said I have to charge extra and no discounts on bagle so I order one more bagle she given me haf pound cream cheese in it on 1 bagle !!! I was driving cream chase dripping on my pants horrible !!’ On the top of it something hard was in the veggie cream cheese I crack my tooth!!!! Never again !! It’s ridiculous how much cream chases she put !! And I should just grab coffe and just eat one of my bagels plaiin .

11:30 on a Wednesday morning, I felt like I was inconveniencing the older gentleman. I got asked “how can I help you” in a way where he really did not want to help. Taylor egg and cheese toasted, food is super mid. 3 star. Poor service, zero smiles and food that’s nothing to die for. Probably not going back again.

Im not sure how it is possible to mess up a sausage, egg and cheese so thoroughly. The turkey sausage was so small it barely filled up half the bagel, was like chewing rubber. They put one egg on it and it was so thoroughly overcooked that it was crunchy and chewy. I asked for black pepper and they put so much pepper on my sandwich it was completely grey on the inside. Two stars because the bagel itself (and American cheese) were ok. Y'all need a new cook, I have no idea how you aren't embarrassed by this quality.
I normally get bagel once in a blue from this place. Today I decided to get a ham sandwich $7.50 per their menu. Maybe that was my 1st mistake. It was a ham sandwich on a roll. They asked me what kind of cheese, American of course. I asked for thin sliced ham they replied it’s pre sliced thin. As I’m being charged I find out they charge extra for cheese .50 cents lettuce.50 cents, tomato .50 cents , onions .50cent I told them take it off than. They obvi didn’t charge me at that point for the “extra” items I order. Came back to my office and the ham is THICK, Bread is hard sandwich nasty. I threw it away. Some place should just focus on what their promoting BAGELS! I’ll never get anything else from here.

Used to come here all the time but I won't anymore. They got super stingy with the cream cheese, barely any scallions or lox in the spreads. They just sold me UNDERCOOKED whole wheat bagels that I can't eat.

Ever since new management this place dropped. Customer service stinks, the food is not great or tasted fresh. The bagels are burnt. And more than 3 times they have messed up simple orders. This will be my last time going.

Negative stars if I could! We used to order here on a weekly basis, but recently both food quality and service has been atrocious. The older gentleman in the front with the dry face is extremely rude and if you ask for a simple request such as light cream cheese, he leaves you with a plain bagel. I became scared to ask for a simple request like light sugar for a coffee because if I felt it was too light and would ask for a bit more he would overload the sugar out of spite. He is a very mean and unprofessional employee. Unfortunately, the quality of food has gone way down as well. It is such a shame that our staple town bagel store has completely went under. Please save yourself the time and money, and go elsewhere.
