Taylor egg and cheese toasted, food is super mid. 3 star. Poor service, zero smiles and food that’s nothing to die for. Probably not going back again.

Im not sure how it is possible to mess up a sausage, egg and cheese so thoroughly. The turkey sausage was so small it barely filled up half the bagel, was like chewing rubber. They put one egg on it and it was so thoroughly overcooked that it was crunchy and chewy. I asked for black pepper and they put so much pepper on my sandwich it was completely grey on the inside. Two stars because the bagel itself (and American cheese) were ok. Y'all need a new cook, I have no idea how you aren't embarrassed by this quality.

I normally get bagel once in a blue from this place. Today I decided to get a ham sandwich $7.50 per their menu. Maybe that was my 1st mistake. It was a ham sandwich on a roll. They asked me what kind of cheese, American of course. I asked for thin sliced ham they replied it’s pre sliced thin. As I’m being charged I find out they charge extra for cheese .50 cents lettuce.50 cents, tomato .50 cents , onions .50cent I told them take it off than. They obvi didn’t charge me at that point for the “extra” items I order. Came back to my office and the ham is THICK, Bread is hard sandwich nasty. I threw it away. Some place should just focus on what their promoting BAGELS! I’ll never get anything else from here.

Used to come here all the time but I won't anymore. They got super stingy with the cream cheese, barely any scallions or lox in the spreads. They just sold me UNDERCOOKED whole wheat bagels that I can't eat.

Ever since new management this place dropped. Customer service stinks, the food is not great or tasted fresh. The bagels are burnt. And more than 3 times they have messed up simple orders. This will be my last time going.

Negative stars if I could! We used to order here on a weekly basis, but recently both food quality and service has been atrocious. The older gentleman in the front with the dry face is extremely rude and if you ask for a simple request such as light cream cheese, he leaves you with a plain bagel. I became scared to ask for a simple request like light sugar for a coffee because if I felt it was too light and would ask for a bit more he would overload the sugar out of spite. He is a very mean and unprofessional employee. Unfortunately, the quality of food has gone way down as well. It is such a shame that our staple town bagel store has completely went under. Please save yourself the time and money, and go elsewhere.

This place should be ashamed of the way they jacked the prices up under their new management… Save your money and give it to a different business who appreciates their customers. Unbelievably high prices.

I was a frequent customer for a couple of years. Usually ordering several sandwiches for business lunches and occasionally breakfast bagel with a cup of coffee for me. Sorry to say that your prices are now incredibly high. There are better options elsewhere

Always reasonably priced compared to other bagel shops. Their bagels are always fresh and hot. Sandwiches are amazing at 6am.
This bagel place is great! Love the owner, always takes care of me and my family. Whoever sees a bad review from a disgruntled ex-employee, please pay her no mind as she can’t even spell. Have a great day!

I used to work there and I saw some thing that the inspector should see they use the same rags over an over they do not wash there hands when preparing also the cream cheeses they have is old in the front fridge I would think twice before ordering here egg salad been sitting there for days I asked should we put a new one they said no we give customers old lettuce on there sandwiches I saw things there my son an I also ordered from there an it was horrible they are selling there business bc they can’t handle it the guys has no experience you find the owners sleeping in the back while there is customers out waiting an they have that poor girl Tiffany work like a dog I would think twice before going there be aware the meats been sitting for day an they go bad they serve that to the customer s I saw with my own eyes. The pictures they have on there web site is not true it doesn’t look anything like what is inside I would think twice before going back there

I heard amazing reviews about this place, so I came in for the first time ever today at 1:20 to order a taylor ham egg and cheese bagel. I was told rudely that the oven was off and that we couldn’t order what we wanted. I understand that they close at 2, but to turn the oven off 40 minutes before closing was just totally shocking and disappointing.
