Used to be my favorite place. Today I called and got left on hold for 10 minutes after calling twice, no big deal. I thought it might be busy so I walked in while still on hold and the place was basically empty. Definitely frustrating. Maybe just an off day tho

Worst customer experience they don’t answer the phone and put you on hold, until you get to the place. I was on hold for 15 minutes. When I got there I was still on hold, they acted like they didn’t care ,they just let the phone ring. Go elsewhere it’s not the best place it’s just convenience.

Good service and Atmosphere but the bagels are the always stale and cold tasting (I show up first thing in the morning to). No seeds on the everything bagels aswell. This place has an excellent location and it’s the only thing that saves the business.

Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews, I always place my orders ahead of time and they’re always ready within 15 minutes. Place is busy and food is good. Only started coming here a few weeks and so far my experience is nothing but great.
