Founded in 2011 by Elise and Rick Wetzel of Wetzel’s Pretzels, it had early financial backing from Lebron James, who is still heavily involved with this fast-casual establishment.
Located in the food court of Willowbrook Mall in Wayne, Blaze Pizza was our choice for lunch today. My partner and I haven’t been in a long time, and first timers here.

Had Blaze Pizza for the first time. I ordered a cheesy bread and large pizza. The cheesy bread tasted fantastic, I really loved how it tasted and the red sauce that came with it. The pizza was also delicious, a nice authentic and unique taste. However, I ordered half pepperoni and half cheese and was given a full pepperoni pizza. But nonetheless, the food tasted great. I ordered pickup and my order was ready when I got there. The server was kind enough to provide me with a rubber...
