A surprisingly delightful meal. The menu was impeccable and surprisingly well executed for the price point, and especially for a chain. We sat at the bar, and our bartender Mike was extremely well versed in the menu, had a salient suggestion or pairing for everything we ordered, and exuded the gentle and knowledgeable affability of a server you'd expect to find in truly fine dining.

We have always enjoyed our family meals here, this time we must have come during a shift change or break time, our server was covering tables all over the restaurant. She had tables at the bar, in our section and across the restaurant. That doesn’t seem very effective. Another server literally told a manager to “stop talking” as they got in a verbal disagreement right in front of us. The food was fine except for the fact that it sat under the heat lamp for almost 10 mins while our server was tending to tables across the mall. It was a bit dysfunctional this time and almost uncomfortable but we understand things happen.

Food was wrong shrimp was undercooked. The fettuccine sauce was liquid and definitely not cheese. It was a terrible disappointment. We won’t be back

Wow. This is a true gem if you're at Willowbrook Mall and you're looking for something better than the food court. It's advertised as Italian Mediterranean. We had the stuffed meatball appetizer. Fresh and delicious. My main course was the Rigatoni Chicken which was in a light sauce. It was the perfect portion and flavors were just right. Our server was Genesis and she was so attentive and friendly. Best part, she knows the menu. Definitely a place we will come back to.

Absolutely fabulous crab cakes. All lump white crab meat. Great brunch menu. Shrimp & grits were just as they should be and only $13. The warm sour dough bread is crusty & delicious. Had no idea Brio existed - just happened to be at the mall with a friend from London & given it was Sunday no shopping in Bergen County. We sat at the bar at 2PM & brunch was still available as well as a full menu and a menu of the day. Nice bartender to boot. Note: there is a great happy hour menu, too. So happy we stumbled upon Brio and will return. Perhaps they should advertise in Boozy Burbs so more folks in Bergen County can discover how wonderful this place is.

Never been disappointed. Always excellent! The wait staff is professional and caring. Lobster bisque is the best in northern NJ. Well worth the trip!!

My mother and I went for lunch, our bi monthly tradition during our tradition of treating ourselves before shopping. The chef was coming out of the kitchen and seated us himself, rather than wait for someone else to do so. Our waitress was very sweet, and funny as well. The food was absolutely deliciously amazing. And of course, the wine was great too. The decor was simple and open, classy without being overly done. This was our second time here and I look forward to going back again. Between the service, the food, and atmosphere is a place you must go!

New limited menu. Food and service was marginal at best! In Brio’s Favor....prices are reasonable.

I was looking forward to coming here, due to the high reviews and the atmosphere looked really nice. Turns out the atmosphere was much better than the food. We had 13 people in a private room for my mother’s birthday. About half of us liked what we had and thought it was average. The rest didn’t like it, or thought the dish they picked was ok, bit the serving were so small, they ended up still hungry at the end. One dish looked good, Pasta Vodka, but there was literally about

The food is delicious. The staff is attentive and professional. The host was gracious enough to open the door for me so I could come in with my baby stroller. One of our dinner guests cancelled but their food had already been ordered and prepared for them. The waitress had a fresh meal prepared for us to carry out rather than the meal that had been sitting. The atmosphere can go either way family friendly or romantic.

This place is great and one of my favorite restaurants. In particular the spaghetti bolognese is the best I've had. Great kids menu as well and the brick oven pizza is outstanding. Excellent drinks, wine list. Very comfortable atmosphere connected to the mall.
