The family and I wanted to try the place. Holy cow. The service here stinks. The manager on duty had the time to BS for 15 mins about sports, the game that was playing. Short staff. One of the employees was in the bathroom crying, she was overwhelmed. My service NEVER came to check on us after the food was served. No follow up on drinks. Waiting now for 15 mins to actually see the waiter for the check. Save your self from the headache and don’t even bother with this location in Willowbrook.

food is SO GOOD but the service is trash. Waiters are miserable and the place is always dirty!! Tables are dirty all around you and the bathroom is just as bad. The beers on tap are always super flat but the burgers ARE SO GOOD that we keep coming back for this terrible service lol

I ordered a 10 piece of Buffalo wings. The wings were average in taste, their sauce was heavy, thick. It was a bit overwhelming. I would suggest to get your Buffalo wings elsewhere. Read the reviews people.

Terrible experience. I have come to this buffalo wild wings many times and the service gets worse every time. Workers look miserable and food takes forever. I waited over 40 mins for a spicy chicken sandwich, specifically asked for no tomato, and then still send it with the tomato. The best part is the plate had an entire sticker tht said no tomato. On top of that, the sandwich was not fresh, it tasted andlooked like it had been left under a heatlamp. Our waiter was no where to be found. Never asked us if we wanted refills, did not ask how did yhr food come out. The overall experience was absolutely terrible. I will be traveling to Secaucus to eat at BWW, because this experience has completely deterred me frm this one.

We went in on veterans day in a group, some of us couldn't finish our meals, and apparently veterans couldn't get a to-go box. Ridiculous! Everyone around us was getting to-go boxes except us.

I can see why this place was dead on a Friday night. 4 ppl at bar so decided to sit there. Dirty bar top, 5 minutes later finally was spoken to. Manager was there prior but didn’t appear to want to speak to any guest. Never refilled a drink food was horrible. Service is just non existent. Get back to the basics and retrain the staff.
