Very bad service, food is okay and only one server doing everything.. tables dirty, bar with beer glass empty! They don’t have bartender, hostess, food runner or any employees, what type of restaurant is this?! only one person doing everything.. that’s crazy, that’s why the server is grumpy .. and bad humor, if could put none start in service should be good but 1 start is too much for her rude attitude

I went with my partner to Buffalo Willowbrook and the waitress was very abrupt with me just because I told her to change my table, and she said no because they are dirty 😡🤬 that service is horrible🤮

Horrible service. We ordered wings and chicken tenders for the kids. after 25 minutes we got the kids food but not wings. The lady said something is happening with you order and the order will take 5 more minutes. The kids finished eating and like 10 minutes later the lady came back and said we dont have wings. She didn’t offer us nothing else but the bill. The French fries were refry means

I’ve been here multiple times and the place is always relatively empty yet they’re always understaffed. The bar and tables right when you walk in are messy, takes them forever to clean up. They wouldn’t even let us sit at the bar or high tops. Just go to the one in Parsippany.

The GM told my group to do survey which we forgot so we decided to write a one big post.

Food, Service, and atmosphere was great! Our sever (His name started with a J but I have bad memory) was super friendly, caring, and honestly felt like one of our friends. All the other staff were super nice too and had no issues with them. We came in for the all you can eat unlimited wings Monday - Thursday and it DID NOT disappoint us, definitely will come back again really soon for more and gonna bring more friends too.

GM if your reading this: we are very sorry we somehow forgot the survey but if this post somehow helps then I’m happy I did it

Hello,

Things got even worse. I returned to the exact location at Willowbrook Mall and had an even worse experience. When I arrived, I was informed that the air conditioning had been fixed. It wasn't. Then, when I tried to use the points that you gave me, the server told me how, but it was only available online. The worst part was that my order was messed up again! I asked for wings with medium sauce on the side. What came out were wings in a soup of sauce. I asked to speak with the manager, and I was told that she instructed me to place a new order. I had to insist on seeing her. She came and apologized, that's it. I should also mention that the dining area was filthy, and my table was sticky. Is this just the way things are now? I am very disappointed.

I am extremely angry with the host lady the one who wore a bow on her hair. We asked for a booth few times but was not given one. My husband food was cold. I asked for wings flats only but was not given all flats. I am extremely disappointed with the whole experience.

Terrible experience. This is my 3rd time there within a month because my kids pressured me to go there and I will assure you it’s last time. They failed 3 times but last visit was worst with the server/manager on duty. She was so rude, food took forever to come for part of table and andter that in 20 min second part of food came out. So half ate and the other no… also it came out cold. I complained but manager was so rude to me. I read some reviews I saw owner replying to fill out contact us page on website. I did this 3 weeks ago nobody ever replied. My question is if owner and franchise company don’t care why would your employees care.

Horrible experience. Workers aren't attentive, and the food tastes stale. We were waiting for fried pickles, and that took forever, so we had to cancel it. Not sure why the managers weren't doing any check-ins with their employees, but they need to be held accountable as well. I'll never visit this location again.

Visited this location today. I have to say, this experience was one of the worst I’ve had in any restaurant, let alone a national chain. The place was empty when I arrived, so I expected fast and attentive service. Instead, I sat waiting for 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me to take my order, followed by another 40 minutes just to get my first drink. Under New Jersey’s hospitality guidelines, timely service is not just a courtesy; it’s a requirement, and the prolonged wait times without any explanation are unacceptable.

The lack of professionalism was blatant. Staff members who weren’t responsible for my table were lounging around, talking loudly, and making disruptive sounds as if the restaurant was their personal break room. This behavior borders on harassment when it impacts the dining experience of paying customers. As per New Jersey’s hospitality standards, customers are entitled to a respectful and welcoming environment. Instead, I was left feeling uncomfortable and even harassed.

The servers around me were actively avoiding eye contact, making it nearly impossible to get anyone’s attention. If I called out to them, they outright ignored me. This level of neglect goes against standard customer service expectations in New Jersey, where it is required that servers acknowledge and respond to guests promptly. Ignoring guests—especially in an empty restaurant—is disrespectful and speaks to a serious gap in training and leadership.

If that wasn’t enough, tables around me were left dirty and cluttered. There’s no excuse for this in any food establishment, and it goes against New Jersey health and sanitation codes that mandate clean and sanitary dining environments. It’s clear that no one here was monitoring the dining area or ensuring the basic cleanliness that patrons expect and deserve.

The main issue here is management. The staff is a reflection of their training and leadership, and this team clearly lacked both. An experience that should’ve taken an hour ended up stretching to two hours, and it was a complete waste of time. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to address these issues immediately if they want to avoid driving customers away and potentially running afoul of compliance standards.

This experience was frustrating, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. I urge the management at this location to prioritize staff retraining, uphold sanitation standards, and implement basic oversight. If these issues aren’t addressed, this location will continue to lose customers, and it risks serious issues under New Jersey’s hospitality and health regulations.

P.S Do not reply with your cut and paste phrase. I ensured to report it to corporate and much further as I believe management here is completely incompetent and unreliable. Spend time on fixing up the garbage you have at your location instead of wasting time here.

I frequent Buffalo Wild Wings. I’m a very patient and understanding person.

I go once weekly with my children. This is my first time visiting this specific restaurant. It was by far my worst experience at any restaurant. My server was a black male, bold, beard. I don’t know his name because he didn’t introduce himself and he wasn’t wearing a name tag. And I didn’t look at the check because I was so eager to leave.

We were seated immediately upon arriving. There was no wait. It took him about 15 minutes to come to our table. When I was telling him my order I felt rushed. The food came fairly quick. He did forget my fries but no big deal. Food came out but he never gave us utensils. Took about another 10 minutes to get his attention so my children’s food was sitting there getting cold.

Asked for refills. It took about 15 minutes to get refills. I asked him for the bill and military discount when he dropped off the refills because I noticed a pattern and I knew it would take long. I waited about 20 minutes and still no bill. He looked right at me from a few tables away and I waved to get his attention and he completely ignored me. Took another 20 minutes to actually get the check with no military discount. Then he went back to add the discount.

I was in this restaurant for 2 hours and most of the time was just waiting. I waited 40 minutes after eating to get just a bill and my kids were becoming restless. I will never go back to that location.

Agree with Abdul about sitting at a table that was sticky and dirty. I asked someone who worked there if they can clean the table some more and they did. it was definitely understaffed. I asked the person who was serving us his name because he was very good. His name is Justin he was seating people, waiting on people he seemed to be the busiest person there he was very good. He saw the table next to us was waiting for quite a while so he approached them to see how things are going.... and then this rude female named Bre rudely interrupted Justin said this is my Fn' table get out of here I thought that was so unprofessional!!! I know her name because I asked someone because I knew I was going to write a review about this. Owner....please don't apologI've

The offer is 6 for 19.99 and it is a good value. This particular location was good, but seems under staffed. It is definitely better than the on is Secaucus.
