Only had been to BWW twice in my life before. Everything was delicious food was cooked to perfection and tasty - we got the Druski 2 for $20 deal. The best part of our experience was our server Atiya and also Chanel! They were so kind and Atiya was so attentive. We didn’t even have to ask for soda refills she already had them coming our way! They truly made the experience so great. We will be back to visit Chanel and Atiya and now are new fans of BWW. They definitely deserve some recognition for their amazing service!

Went to watch the fight . Bartender never even acknowledge us. Worst service ever even when he actually came over to take our order he just nodded his head at us. The food runner or manager who ever was helping kept on yelling “Bomboclaat” yea never coming back there.

My waiter was amazing. His name was Mark I think, and he was quick. The food was perfectly cooked. The wings were 10/10. I waited 7 minutes for my chicken sandwich - nice! I said it was my birthday and they gave me a free dessert. Incredibly clean. Thank you.

On January 20th, I had the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant. As a pregnant woman eating out with my two children, I can definitely say this is not a family friendly establishment. This location had individuals who reek of marijuana and another group of people smoking vape pens indoors. I will not return to this location. My server Nicole was rude, combative, and condescending. She needs to learn how to enforce rules/laws, speak to customers respectfully, and ensure satisfaction of all tables she waits on. I appreciate the manager Yasmin who tried to rectify the situation and apologize to me and my children.

This place was actually amazing! Probably one of the best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been to and our waiter Bob, was incredibly nice too. Food came within 6 minutes and tasted absolutely great, definitely looking forward to coming back.

After a wonderful day of shopping with my husband and kids we went for a quick bite to eat which turned into a nightmare . This server named Nicole , short with black hair and much older was the rudest most un self aware woman I’ve ever encountered. She proceeds to yell at us for trying to explain to her how we were uncomfortable with certain things and she just kept talking over us and getting loud and being rude . She was making my kids uncomfortable and did not want to take accountability for her behavior. Disgusting. Never want to see her again ! The food was great though and manager quickly helped us but that woman was a nightmare.
The family and I wanted to try the place. Holy cow. The service here stinks. The manager on duty had the time to BS for 15 mins about sports, the game that was playing. Short staff. One of the employees was in the bathroom crying, she was overwhelmed. My service NEVER came to check on us after the food was served. No follow up on drinks. Waiting now for 15 mins to actually see the waiter for the check. Save your self from the headache and don’t even bother with this location in Willowbrook.
