Severely understaffed. The dry rub was literally dust over cooked chicken. Not even cooked in nor “RUBBED” as one would do. My son’s food took forever to come out. We all finished ours because we couldn’t wait any longer.The caramel cheesecake is a must. Not worth the wait it took to be seated. Your local pub would have better wings.

We first got here and the guy who was supposed to seat us didn’t even bother to approach us, just looked at us from a distance. when we sat down nobody helped us or greeted us, in fact they told us to just order on the app instead of them actually serving us. my food took an hour to get here and they forgot items within my order and gave me attitude about it. no communication whatsoever and everyone looks like they don’t care. really ruined our experience. will be going to the one in secaucus next time. highly recommend that one instead guys. i don’t even know who my actual server was like i just asked anybody walking by.

This Buffalo Wild Wings is conveniently next to the Apple Store. My MacBook Pro broke so I went to the store to get it fixed. I was upset but after I had some wings at Buffalo Wild Wings I was happy. Be happy and enjoy some wings!

Unfortunately, I didn't even get a chance to order any food. After being directed to the bar, where no one was working, I proceeded to wait ten minutes for someone to acknowledge my existence. I could understand if this was a busy night, but there were maybe five other parties tops in the whole place, and employees just standing around. Ended up going to the food court in the mall instead.
This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever encountered. I was waiting for 2 orders of wings for over an hour and 15 minutes. Rude service. No assistance. When I got my food I was already in a rush to leave since they took soo long with my pickup order, I ran out of there. Once I got home they gave me 30 literal chicken nuggets with no sauce on any of them. Im in shock that they let this happen. Will never be going back.

Ordered bbq wings for Super Bowl, was delivered plain cold wings. Called the store and the associate was super rude saying because it’s superbowl Sunday all wings are delivered plain? Don’t see that anywhere on the site or when I ordered.

They are unorganized when it comes to take out orders, this isn't my first bad experience with this location. Thats the reason for my review. Ordered for take out and they did not put any sauce on my wings. Asked to fix before I left and they stated they can only give it to me sauce on the side.Ordered 20 wings and only gave me a single side of sauce. My drink was also missing from my order.

The energy of this place is just off, you feel it as soon as you walk in. Had to wait 10 minutes to be seated when it was pretty empty. The only good thing about this place were the wings. The burgers were pretty bland tasting. Having to scan a barcode to pay was idiotic since it didn’t even work, ended up using card to pay regardless. Our waiter was pretty decent but whoever seated us didn’t even wait for us, just walked to the table, set down the menus, and walked away. Definitely not coming back here, a waste of $63. If you don’t care about the service and only want wings, go for it. Other than that, give your money elsewhere.
