Selim had EXCELLENT customer service!! What a kind young man. I told the manager but it’s worth saying on here. My hats off to him for being so respectful and kind. We will be customers for life.

Entrance to the parking lot looks like a war zone with the pot holes over 6 inches deep
Sometimes my order is incomplete. It has happened twice in less than a month. When I mentioned to them they asked for my receipt. The thing is that they never give you a receipt when you make a purchase. They don’t pick up the phone either

I dont know what it is with this location, but the food has always been terrible. Never never fresh and for the price you pay it should always be fresh. the people who give it 5 stars, they either work there or know someone that works there. They just finished the remodeling of the place a couple of months ago. Looks great, but too bad the food doesn't even come close. I've given this place more than enough times to see if I'd be happy with the food but as always disappointing. I'm sure the staff is friendly and nice but yea never again. Even if they were to offer me lifetime of free food, I'd pass.
Placed a order for pickup and went to restaurant to pick it up. Was told by the manager they never received the order and there was nothing they could do , I offered to show her proof of purchase and she dismissed me immediately. I went back around drive thru and tried to talk to her again where she loudly screamed " I CANT HEAR YOU COME ROUND " I proceeded to do so and showered her the proof of purchase where she acted dumb saying I was at the wrong place even though the address was prominently displayed on the screen in my proof of purchase receipt. It took me threatening to speak to corporate for her to attempt to resolve the issue but by than it was too late and her attitude left a horrible taste in my mouth . I proceeded to ask for her name multiple times and she refused to provide it to me and finally provided me a fake name lol . The manager Serpil needs to be fired beyond upset considering I've been coming here for years and never received my order or a refund for this horrible situation

Ordered a large fry and it looked like a xtra small. They should be ashamed of themselves to charge close to $4 and can’t even fill up their reduced size containers! Absolutely ridiculous! Route 23 Wayne NJ location!

if you've ordered one fish meal you'll get one free barbeque sauce,if you've ordered two fish meal you'll pay barbeque sauce,if you've ordered three fish meal you'll pay barbeque sauce,if you've ordered four fish meal you'll pay barbeque sauce,if you've ordered five fiah meal you'll pay barbeque sauce!But if you guys order separately you’ll get free barbeque sauce. How foolish is that!Talking to some managers (her name is Sophia or Sofia) is harder than splitting the atom. Training is necessary, but not Burger King manager training.
