This is my second time being in this location since they reopen it, they gave me incorrect and missing order each time. Even I pay extra for cheese, or sauces, they still did not give me any cheese or the sauces that I order, so I needed to go to register again to remind them what I actually pay. Either the people who work there do not pay attention to orders, or cashiers don’t listen or both.
The person who is at the register was very kindly and friendly. I had the new ice cream it was so delicious

The place is fine for Burger King The staff is polite but there is one manager there that is very cold It seems like he would rather be somewhere else I would ask for something and he wouldn't acknowledge me and he would just give me my items and walk away and not even say have a nice day and enjoy your meal.

This used to be the best Burger King in the area. I didn't go for a while and then tried it a few times recently. The first and second time it wasn't good and just tried it for the third time and I'm never going back. Nothing was fresh

So I've been going through the drive thru here randomly when we get a tmobile Tuesday deal or something. Today I had points and went in. I should have walked out immediately as the smell of raid roach spray slapped me in the face. But I still went ahead and walked over to the counter like an idiot as I placed my order over an hour to be told that there is no order and there is nothing they can do about it. I showed my order receipt and gave my point information but the manager just looked at me like I had 13 heads and just basically said oh well. I can see why there isn't ever a line there and why they recently got beat up by another patron. Please avoid this location.
