Do not recommend. They do not honor valid app deals. I came into today with an app deal for $7.50 for a 6 pack of saucers on my cellphone. I literally received the text message this morning. I even showed them the deal on my smartphone in the app. I was even going to order a small twist cup for my daughter in addition to wanting the deal. The manager on duty, a young Indian woman who appeared to be in her 20's, would not honor the app deal even though it is valid through tomorrow March 22. Don't recommend this location because they do not honor app deals.

I love this location but please change the time on your website, i drove almost 20 minutes and got there at 9:03, the website says 10 but you guys were closed when i got there.

posted times say they close at 10, but the doors were locked before 10 and girl working didn’t allow us in. i get you may not want people to come in before closing, but you miss out on business and disappoint people :(

This Carvel , whether it's new management or not is falling into oblivion. The place is dirty, needs to be updated (modernized/renovated), and most of all the ice cream displays are not enticing. I knew something changed when they removed the outdoor light display and plants that made it look cozy to sit out and eat ice-cream. Will go to another ice cream parlor going forward.

One of the good ice cream in the area. Maybe not the best but it is good overall. Staff member was friendly and patient while I tried different flavours to make up my mind.
THREE TIMES IN 2 MONTHS there was hair in the ice cream!!!! The girls are super sweet and my husband and kids are big fans. I especially love the maple walnut. But this is something I just can't look over. 1st time I figured it was a fluke. No biggy. But I was grossed out. The next time in 1 night both my ice cream and my sons (same flavor) had LONG BLONDE HAIRS. I still can't stand to think of it. They NEED TO TIE UP THEIR HAIR like every other food establishment! And it's always 1 or 2 teens. No manager or boss in sight. I'm sorry I'm a 20 year plus customer to many marvels. But valley road carvel is a hard No for me. I only gave it as many stars as I did because the girls are so sweet, kind, and friendly.

Place was very dirty.... they were out of hot fudge and all ice cream and toppings were down to the ends and everything just looked old. Also says they are open until ten and as we walked out the turned off the lights and locked the doors at 9:02. Only reason I have two starts was because the girl working there was relatively nice.

This is my second time going to this location and it being closed before the closing time. It says online they close at 10 pm and I was there at 9:49 pm and they were already closed. I changed my road to bring my kids to get ice cream and they were disappointed both times that it was closed before their closing time. If your store hours say 10 pm, you need to stay open until 10 pm!
