Charley's Cheesesteaks in Willowbrook Mall has all the accoutrements of the regional chain, and like the ones you're going to find in a shopping mall, all the atmosphere of one. Here however, there are a few subtle differences. For one, on the times I have visited, this outlet keeps the service line moving. They have a machine like efficiency in their production that makes getting your food easier. As for the cheese steak itself, it was a well built sandwich that filled me up satisfactorily. The prices are standard mall prices, but well worth it.

It’s really disgusting. Like I was really excited for some loaded fries and I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. It tastes just like I threw up in my mouth. It’s not the fries but the cheese and the bacon tastes like nothing? I’m very confused. Burger King is better than this.
Reminds me something from a high school cafeteriaGot a regular cheese steak and it had very little onions and peppers on it and 3 pieces of cheeseGot a combo and was not worth the $18 I paidIt was paper thin sandwich if you can call it thatThey responded with I will like you to come back and try it again we will buy you a soda. What a joke the problem is with the two sandwiches I got not the soda. I have worked in restaurants for 26 years and never got that response from a person who messed up an order and expected the customer to come back.

I was somewhat satisfied with my experience at this establishment as the food was tasty, but the quantity was not there. I enjoyed the Cheesesteak sandwich I received and the bacon was a very nice touch. The food sandwich was very good, I was just a little bit disappointed in the serving of the fries. If you are going to serve that little portion, might as well make it come with the sandwich complimentary. Burger and fries, sandwich and fries it goes together. Their side of fries is like 5 bucks and it comes in a little cup. Granted, the fries were not bad but I would rather have a pile of less-good fries that actually fills me up. I was still a bit hungry after eating, but I will admit my experience was pleasant. I am not entirely sure if I would come back here again. If so, I would only get a sandwich because 5 dollar fries are worth a mountain that you would get at 5 guys, not a little dixie cup. My meal turned out to be 18 bucks and change which is a little disappointing because that is around the price of a large pizza that could have fed me for over a day. Anyhow while I was not crazy about the price or quantity, they nailed the most important part which was the sandwich. If you do not mind spending a little on a decent sandwich, give it a try but I would not recommend the fries.I will admit was impressed with this place for a mall food court meal, not bad.
