It’s really disgusting. Like I was really excited for some loaded fries and I’m not sure what’s wrong with it. It tastes just like I threw up in my mouth. It’s not the fries but the cheese and the bacon tastes like nothing? I’m very confused. Burger King is better than this.

This is a really nice spot. We are from the east coast and we're visiting JT. Their service was really nice, the food was good. It was a Philly steak sandwich with a Cali twist . Enjoyed our meal there.

Cheesesteaks are good. It's INSIDE the mail which is annoying to me but worth it when you can't get to Philly. Fast service and decent price.

Reminds me something from a high school cafeteriaGot a regular cheese steak and it had very little onions and peppers on it and 3 pieces of cheeseGot a combo and was not worth the $18 I paidIt was paper thin sandwich if you can call it thatThey responded with I will like you to come back and try it again we will buy you a soda. What a joke the problem is with the two sandwiches I got not the soda. I have worked in restaurants for 26 years and never got that response from a person who messed up an order and expected the customer to come back.

Beware!!! There’s a young African American girl that works the cashier here and she will automatically add tip on herself.
Charley's decided to take a choppy almost rubbery hotdog roll and put chopped steak-um and call it a cheesesteak. The cashier was hard of hearing or just illiterate. I clearly told her I want a plain old cheesesteak with onions and peppers add bacon, what I got was that and lettuce and tomato (sacrilegious) what weirdo does that. I really couldn't complain cuz I found this out at home. Ask for bacon cheese fries and the fries where d*** soggy.. why?!.. this is not a place I recommend or will revisit. On top of the bad service the location is horrible.. it's in the middle of the malls food court. Oh before I for get no one was wearing gloves but where very happy to handle your food as they are talking over you the grill.this place is classless and sleazy. YES, I can make a better cheesesteak! Lol

I was somewhat satisfied with my experience at this establishment as the food was tasty, but the quantity was not there. I enjoyed the Cheesesteak sandwich I received and the bacon was a very nice touch. The food sandwich was very good, I was just a little bit disappointed in the serving of the fries. If you are going to serve that little portion, might as well make it come with the sandwich complimentary. Burger and fries, sandwich and fries it goes together. Their side of fries is like 5 bucks and it comes in a little cup. Granted, the fries were not bad but I would rather have a pile of less-good fries that actually fills me up. I was still a bit hungry after eating, but I will admit my experience was pleasant. I am not entirely sure if I would come back here again. If so, I would only get a sandwich because 5 dollar fries are worth a mountain that you would get at 5 guys, not a little dixie cup. My meal turned out to be 18 bucks and change which is a little disappointing because that is around the price of a large pizza that could have fed me for over a day. Anyhow while I was not crazy about the price or quantity, they nailed the most important part which was the sandwich. If you do not mind spending a little on a decent sandwich, give it a try but I would not recommend the fries.I will admit was impressed with this place for a mall food court meal, not bad.

An absolutely dreadful excuse for a Philly cheese steak sandwich, No peppers, very little onion, no mushrooms (although this was all promised to me on the menu description) and above all they put lettuce on it. Anyone with half a brain and little to no cooking experience should know that lettuce is strictly prohibited on a HOT sandwich. It becomes soggy and unappetizing almost immediately. To make matters worse, for this disgusting display of a meal I was charged $30 for 2 sandwiches and an order of bacon fries. In short, the verdict on this place is; Over priced and Over rated. Now, I'd really hate to call out fellow consumers like this, but if you give this place more than 1 star you've clearly never had real food in your life!

There was a guy who is really rude and unprofessional. There is only discount for mall employment who are getting eat always by them, if you pay CASH, just wondering what’s reason you try to collect CASH??? It’s not acceptable what they ask and not accepting credit card. I guess they are still on 90’s.. or they are trying something else to collect CASH only!! When I asked the reason to manage, he said that boss wants this way!!!
