We always order on the app-saves time. And we often save money by redeeming points for food. Love Chick-fil-a. I do like the new pimento jalapeño sandwich. I order it without the honey. Best thing about Chick-fil-a is the customer service - “My pleasure…”. (And the waffle fries!)??

Just ordered a mobile order with the curbside pickup and they forgot to give me 4 pieces of tender and a sandwich. I live 30 minutes away so I didn’t go back but very disappointed. Check your bags before leaving this location. So disappointed about $16 down the drain.
Great food and friendly and respectful staff and the playground are safe for families.

Chick- fil -A messed up my order. I asked for 2 chicken grill cobb salads to go. I went home not only was the chicken breaded but with tiny pieces of bacon which I can't eat. In addition added 2 more salads making 4 Will be returning.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at Chick-fil-A.
I stopped by and ordered a number 8 wrap, but I was disappointed to find that I couldn’t substitute the grilled chicken for crispy. The staff informed me that they couldn’t accommodate this request because they didn't have a button for it, which seemed surprising given that the menu is largely fried items.
This experience made me feel like small adjustments, which could enhance customer satisfaction, are becoming increasingly difficult to navigate. I believe that flexibility in food options is essential for a restaurant’s success.
