When you ask for dressing with a salad you have one job! What’s the point of a salad with no dressing. Also what is up with the uncooked black beans? Should have had cava instead so annoyed

Disappointing Experience at Chipotle – Won’t Be Returning
I usually enjoy Chipotle, but my most recent visit was terrible. First off, the service was awful. The employees acted like they didn’t want to be there, barely acknowledged me, and rushed me through my order with an attitude. When I asked for extra rice, I got a sigh and an eye roll instead.
On top of that, the portions were a joke. I paid full price for what felt like half a bowl. Barely any meat, a tiny scoop of rice, and the smallest amount of toppings. I even politely asked if they could add a little more, and the worker just shook their head and moved on to the next person.
To make things worse, the cashier was just as rude, barely speaking while ringing me up. No greeting, no “thank you,” nothing. Just snatched my card, handed the receipt, and walked away.
For the price Chipotle charges, you’d think they’d at least try to make the experience decent. Between the rude employees and the skimpy portions, I’ll be taking my money to another local chipotle.

Being a loyal Chipotle eater I’m disappointed on the amount of food served for the price they charge. Ordered a bowl with chicken and fajitas with brown rice and lettuce and the order was served half of what I usually get at the West Caldwell Chipotle. Need to pay attention to your reviews since they go a long way. Would like for your franchise to boom but being stingy on the servings will hurt you. Thank you Jaime

Food cold, horrible customer service by Maria. Couldn't speak English . And she said " they always want more meat but they don't want to pay for it". She said this in between her lips in Spanish. However I guess she didn't know that could understand what she said , because I also speak the language. Maybe she could benefit from some training in knowing how to treat customers more cordial. Horrible customer service.

The burritos and bowls are still just as filling as they've ever been which is great! In fact the last burrito they built for me, was so big they had to put another burrito shell around it. That made my day. 😃
Could use another employee working to speed things along, the foods are filling and the place is clean, but if they can't manage to have a cold soda machine then they should at least inform the customers when they are warm. We deserve to know we're buying warm soda!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a long ramp here, that goes up halfway one direction and halfway up the other direction to get up instead of using the stairs. The ramp starts in front of the building.
Worst attitude from incompetent employees.Dry old beef and it's insulting the tiny amount. It's basically a rice and beans burrito. It's always awful experience. I've given Chipotle enough opportunities but it's just not worth it. I just don't understand how they are still in business?
