Me and my girlfriend got food poisoning as bad as possible.😡🤬🤬🤬 We are NEVER EVER returning to this horrible establishment. The workers aren’t the worst at times, but overall sassy but I don’t blame them there are no good working stories from former chipotle employees. The food always seems empty as well, another problem with the place. DONT GO HERE TAKE TIME OUT OF YOUR DAY TO GO TO ANOTHER ONE

I waited an extremely long time just to get my food, and there was no sense of urgency at all. The counter was filthy, covered in sauces and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while, which was very unappetizing. On top of that, the workers were not helpful whatsoever and didn’t seem interested in assisting customers. Worst chipotle of all time. Been in here three times and every time I’ve waited in a 3 person line for 15 minutes just to get minimal portions. Always understaffed, slow staff, and they never have extra batches ready for when they run out. Save urself 15 minutes and drive the extra 10 to Willowbrook.

Most of the food bins were empty. All the server could do was shrug. None of the other staff even showed any interest in the situation. The sulky sullen look on each and everyone's face. The server couldnt even mutter a welcome hello. Totally unprofessional. Better fix this guys.

NEVER GO HERE!!!! employees wipe their faces with gloves on and then proceed to touch your food without changing them. I watched a worker stick a thermometer in each single container of food, if you have an allergy DO NOT GO HERE!! They wipe their food thermometer on the same nasty, dirty towel after each stick. Also, if you have a beard or hair past your butt, wear a hairnet please!!!!!!!! It’s a violation!!!! HR needs to go here, not us. Not only this, but the food is cold, the workers are miserable, and sanitization is out the window. Do better chipotle, do better

I was gonna let it go because it’s the day after Xmas and I figured it was short staffed but my bro goes there all the time and he confirms. And 3 customers? Shouldn’t matter how much staff. if i could give it negative stars i would. the line for a PRE ORDER took 30 minutes with barely anyone. It is literally a bar of food infront of you. also, multiple times i came and asked for double corn. i was given a half severing every time. also the steak is never replenished.

This place is severely understaffed in a high traffic area trying to cater to in person orders, chipotlane orders and a bunch of Ubereats and DoorDash drivers waiting to pick up multiple orders each. And it’s always like this, but tonight I had to walk out the store without my food after waiting an hour. I order online because I prefer to get quesadillas, only to see them making them for the people ordering in store. Waiting by the pick up station for no staff member to come and ask for order names. Never again sorry
