Was not impressed with this location. No compassion for special need children. My daughter is autistic and could not keep the socks they provided on in the trampoline & BRYAN made an issue. EVEN THOUGH there was another child younger than my daughter inside the trampoline with his regular socks from home. First it was an issue that she didn’t have socks on at all. She eventually allowed me to put her thin socks on from home. BRYAN made that an issue as well and said she needed their socks .. I explained to him multiple times that she is autistic and has sensory issues and this was the best I could do is get her thin socks on from home. No compassion for special need children. My daughter then had a huge meltdown and I ended up leaving bc of it. You suck Bryan!

this is not primarily a food establishment, although they do have food here. it is a children's entertainment establishment. for those who do not know, they have video arcade games, a few trampolines, and a kids party area.
Kid-friendliness: it is kid oriented, so very friendly. but also safe. they stamp you coming in with an ultraviolet stamp. your numbers need to match those of your kids when you leave, otherwise they will not let the children leave with you.

Great place.. . Just prices too high. 4 kids & 6 adults. Food & 1 hour of game play = just under $300. Dont see how the average family can go there. ?

I think the employee standing at the front of the store should be given a chair. It's unfair to keep them standing so long. I hope to see this change on future visits to this establishment

This is a pretty good Chuck E. Cheese. It's clean and the staff was very friendly. All of the games were working and considering how expensive video arcades are these days, the unlimited games for a set amount of time is a great deal. People aren't crazy about the food, but I don't mind the pizza at all. I try to take my kids during off hours and they have a blast. Sometimes we don't eat, I'll just take them for an hour and they enjoy themselves, and I enjoy watching them run around trying different games and having fun.

Yesterday evening, around 7:45 PM, we went to Chuck E. Cheese. I went to the cashier to order pizza, but they told me they first needed to check with the kitchen to see if they had any pizza left and whether they could make it. What does that even mean, especially when there was still 1 hour and 15 minutes left until closing? All the employees were rude and uninterested, and most of the arcade games weren’t working. I will definitely never take my child there again.
Additionally, the place was filthy. They need to hire more staff because there was trash everywhere.
Today we had our daughter’s 6th birthday party at this Chuck E. Cheese and it was spectacular! We are there often and have had other birthday parties here and it’s always a great experience! It is very clean, the food is good, and the staff is very nice! A huge thank you to the GM Angie for her always being so welcoming and extremely hospitable with guests of every age!

Better than I expected, clean and functional machines, a good variety of products, clean bathrooms to use. Kids can’t say no for whatever reason to come and play. The only con I can tell you is noise control, tables are so close to each other and hard to manage. Overall this is a great place to hold parties and have fun!
