I placed an order yesterday for two turtle buns& one caramel pecan. Then i asked the cashier to switch one of the turtle buns to the center of buns. The cashier asked me if i want the difference refunded and i said yes, she starts saying it's only a $1 difference and not that much, i got really annoyed of her suggesting i shouldn't care about getting my dollar back after i have left her a tip. So i told her to get me the difference refunded and she yelled saying who wants this turtle bun and literally the entire staff went to the back to eat it. She called the rude manager to process the refund and instead of her apologizing she started saying that they are the same price only 80cents difference, again suggesting that it's too hard to refund me and i should NOT care about getting the money back. She was extremely rude and gave me my order without utensils and was missing the Caramel bun. Like instead of her trying to fix the situation the cashier put them in she started blaming it on me changing my order!! She had an attitude and was just throwing the bags in our faces. When i told her my order was missing a bun she was like show me the receipt like i'm lying. She was very disrespectful and rude and no apology was given. After we left we had no utensils in the bags i want back to ask them for it they were all eating and talking about us including the manager. What kind of manager encourages the employees to talk about customers that they work for? This manager needs some training and needs to fix her attitude i will be sending this to corporate as well they need to get that team replaced as soon as possible

I asked for a large classic roll but looks more like a minibon to me and was charged alsmot 8$

When I asked for fresh Cinnabon, the girl from the register, gave an attitude, just becuase I did not like the one on display., There were very dried and cold.

Should change the time to 11. The google time says it opens at 10am. But the man refused to open until 11.However he actively has served 3 men coffee and completed the purchase. At 10:16am

Stop changing the recipe. This locations cinnabons are always dry and layers are super thin.Keep it consistent people!

The Spanish guy wouldn’t serve me it was 1050 but there was a lady sitting down eating the cinnamon bun and She didn’t look like a worker. Will never go back again.
I always get the one fresh out from the oven!!!! Get one!!! You’ll love it!!!!

Service is horrible I just left there 8/29 at 3:04!!!! Me and 2 other customers stood on line and when it came time for us to order the cashier walked away and we were completely ignored for about 5 minutes!!!! You will never get my business AGAIN!!!!!?
My mobile order didn’t work for some reason and I received an email. I tried calling the store as the email told me to but it doesn’t not work. The email gave me the same number as google here and it is not a working number. Unfortunate.
