Should change the time to 11. The google time says it opens at 10am. But the man refused to open until 11.However he actively has served 3 men coffee and completed the purchase. At 10:16am

The Spanish guy wouldn’t serve me it was 1050 but there was a lady sitting down eating the cinnamon bun and She didn’t look like a worker. Will never go back again.

Service is horrible I just left there 8/29 at 3:04!!!! Me and 2 other customers stood on line and when it came time for us to order the cashier walked away and we were completely ignored for about 5 minutes!!!! You will never get my business AGAIN!!!!!?

After watching Better Call Saul, just had to have a Cinnabon. Haven't had one in years, always loved them. Only location around my area is Willowbrook, everything seems to have closed. It was really awful. Though I would get a fresh bun from the window, but they gave me one cold already in a box and put it in a bag before I could say anything. Also got coffee. 8 bucks. Cinnabon was awful. Overcooked on the outside and raw and doughy on the inside. Coffee was not close to warm and was dark and old. Ate a few bites took a few sips of the awful coffee and chucked the whole thing. Looks like I'm cured of ever wanting Cinnabon again.

My mobile order didn’t work for some reason and I received an email. I tried calling the store as the email told me to but it doesn’t not work. The email gave me the same number as google here and it is not a working number. Unfortunate.
Best location in NJ. Always consistent and always fresh and they don't skimp on the frosting like most others.

There was this funny looking guy named Gene, efficient work on his end. Although he made a scene in the middle of the mall encouraging this man to get a lawyer and passed out at one point. I’m just a bit worried for the guy.
