Bro half of these games donāt even work correctly. Scan your card and the game still donāt start. Air hockey doesnāt even keep count correctly. Get it together smh. Stop being cheap fix the games!

Cool place and tons of fun. Food was fresh and delicious. Had the chicken pasta and the funnel cake fries for dessert. Mmmmm. Also, was part of the combo so it included a play card. Many of the games were broken or out of service.

Came in here Saturday afternoon it was packed but surprisingly the service is smooth and we got a table to dine in right away, the cheese burger is fresh and the coleslaw is really good, we definitely enjoyed our meal, the customer service is friendly and she attended on all our needs, we get the special dine and play and it really saves us money and get to play more on the arcade.Iāam impressed that all the arcade game is working, my kids had so much fun on this Dave and Busters I highly recommend this place.

This Wayne location should be called Dave and Busted! So many games were broken or on their last leg compared to other locations and the front desk staff actively ignored me (going to the back room, avoiding ye contact, and continuing their conversation) to the point where I had to ask if there was another desk that I should be going to for help. Will be going to Palisades location from now on.

If youāre coming to play in the arcade, seriously donāt waste your money or time. Everything is broken and eats your points without letting you play games. This place used to be amazing, but in 2025, I would never recommend it to anyone. Donāt waste your money on the arcade at all. Everything is broken. I requested a refund from the managers. Iām waiting on a $50 refund back to my credit card due to all the games being broken and having no fun. Also had to surrender the play card after all these inconveniences. Literally nothing was offered to make us stay or want to ever come back. Big waste of time. Go to Yardhouse next store, their drinks and food are better, especially during happyhour. 1/10 experience.

Been in contact with Dave and Busters corporate office and they havenāt been able to locate or find the transaction in order to refund me. When the place of business canāt find your transaction and fix an issue they created after taking merchandise that you paid for expecting a refund, donāt trust the corporation. I will never be going back to any Dave and Busters again! They have fully ruined the experience. Also I disputed the charge with my bank. 0/10 customer service, help and experience. SERIOUSLY SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Disappointing Experience at Guess Service
I recently visited the Guess store and had a rather unfortunate experience with one of the employees, Christian. Upon entering the store, I was excited to explore the latest collections, but my enthusiasm quickly turned to frustration when I needed assistance.
Christian was not at his station, and I waited for quite some time for him to return. When he finally did, I was met with a dismissive attitude that left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Instead of offering help or guidance, he seemed more interested in chatting with a colleague than addressing my needs.
It's disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism in a retail environment, especially at a brand known for its customer service. I hope that management addresses this issue, as it can significantly impact the overall shopping experience. I believe that every customer deserves to be treated with respect and attentiveness, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit.
I hope my next experience at Guess will be much more positive!
