Unfortunately 50% of the games I played were broken, with no sign, so over 50 credits were wasted. When asking attendants, it takes forever for them to come, but no one actually fixes the game, they just scan their card so you can play the broken game again. Makes no sense.Very disappointing as this location was not like this when I came previously. Will not be returning to this location.

I always have a great time at Dave and Busters but this time our server Jacadi was the best!!! she immediately greeted the family with warm smiles, laughter and positive energy! Her vibe was unmatched and she was more like a friend than a server. she was so kind, funny and made our experience at dave and busters 100x better. 💕💕

Went here for our store outing. Management was great and so was our server. They managed to situate us on short notice and took care of my team.
We came here to celebrate our son’s birthday and he had a great time! They have a new Minecraft game there and he played that for a while. I noticed that they raised the amount of tickets you need to accumulate for some of the prizes. We haven’t been in a while to this location but needing 1200+ tickets for 80% of the prizes was not a thing previously.
There was a lot of staff onsite however, they’re young kids and were not very friendly, helpful, or approachable. Even when we went to cash in tickets the gentleman didn’t even speak to us…
