Honestly, if I could give it a 0 I would. The service was completely rude. They started cursing at a 14-year-old kid. They were being honest, extremely rude, and I made me feel and my family uncomfortable. We were there to have a good time as my kids were leaving the country the next day, but instead they ruined that time and made us so we couldn't have fun with our family. They were extremely rude. They were being extremely, extremely unprofessional.

The nachos are garbage. Just no effort. The lemon pepper wings are fire. Service was fine. No problems. Pricey for 4 people.
Reading the reviews I do agree with some frustration regarding games not working etc. however ,5 stars for employees (although very busy and maybe short staffed ) willing to help with a nice attitude and a smile , I wish I could remember the game attendant that helped us. The kids love it , I think the value is great , place is clean and food is very good . I happen to meet the manager Chris and complimented the staff. Look this place is a big operation, lots going on but they do their best and I find are always willing to help , patience is key sometimes.

Place is super easy to find tons of parking. Place is huge clean loads of fun. There's tons of free parking and there are tons of options inside as far as fun and food and drinks. The bar is fully stocked and the servers are quick to help you. The food was really good and reasonably priced liie most of the other locations. Wish it had more space for more games but they had a lot of deals and combo options. Food came quickly and it was hot and clean. Restrooms are in the back and fully tended to and there are all kinds of groups of people. Drinks were also really good.

I was really disappointed with the amount of games that were broken or just didnt work properly. No signage on anything. Be aware! It's too hard to find employees to help so just wasted money on some broken games.

I was there with my friend and our kids we had an amazing experience From the moment we walked in until we left! Jailene our server was outstanding went above and beyond for us! incredible attention, super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our night. And not to talk about the amazing dragon fruit margarita she did for us !!!
The manager Ilan also stopped by to check on us which was such a thoughtful touch and truly appreciated. The food was great, we had mini burgers and wings! Are kids didn’t want to leave , the games were so much fun even for us as adults and the being able to have a drink while kids play just makes the experience complete!
Highly recommend visiting this location! We can’t wait to come back!
