I was there with my friend and our kids we had an amazing experience From the moment we walked in until we left! Jailene our server was outstanding went above and beyond for us! incredible attention, super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our night. And not to talk about the amazing dragon fruit margarita she did for us !!!
The manager Ilan also stopped by to check on us which was such a thoughtful touch and truly appreciated. The food was great, we had mini burgers and wings! Are kids didn’t want to leave , the games were so much fun even for us as adults and the being able to have a drink while kids play just makes the experience complete!
Highly recommend visiting this location! We can’t wait to come back!

I bought 2 unlimited 90 minute play cards on 6/24/25 DID NOT USE THEM THAT DAY. I then came back on 6/25/24 with my family to use them and they were not working. We went to a manager and told him what was happening and he refused to help us because we did not get a receipt. They sold us a faulty product and refused to help when it did not work.
Update: they have righted their wrong on our recent visit after we contacted cooperate, service and experience was much better

Is this a joke?? Ya ghostbusters game are rigged and I asked for those tech people and they’re refused to fix not just that game but other games as well and they admit as they said “pay us to fix it for you!” Are they’re like Nintendo greed on me???
No wonder I pick Brooklyn D & B over this place, this place was good back then until they got greedy and rigged all the games especially my fav game Ghostbusters and they got rid of the 2010s games like Deadstorm pirates and Dark Escape shooter games!!
And especially they closed the human crane attraction as most stores said “we’re always open”, but this store isn’t!!
Bring back the past yall!!

Earlier in the month my family and I went to Dave and Buster's to celebrate my niece's birthday, who is Deaf and we all had a wonderful time. The food was and drinks were great and Gavin our server was a pleasure. When they brought my niece's desert out with a candle, singing happy birthday, Gavin signed the song for her, a very sweet gesture for sure! We had a very nice experience.

Fun for a Friday night out, even with little ones. There was mixup with our food order but our server was so kind and attentive to fixing it. You can go to just eat or just play, but clearly everyone goes for both. My two critiques are that some of the games need a huge update or rework as a few broke down ad we were playing or didn't even start but still charged our play card the tokens, and then it took time to find some staff to help us remedy the situation...we lost several tokens because of it. And my second is that they may want to reconsider the amount of tokens needed to win some prizes especially for little kids who are super excited to play and win. Two play cards at $29 a piece, played for an hour and a half, and all my niece could get from the prize room was a jelly bracelet and kazoo. The disappointment was palpable after feeling happy as she played.

I use to like going there and spend some time with the kids. Last night we went there and service and cleaning has gone through the drain. The table i was sitting on was sticky and still dirty I had to call someone to help me clean the dirt off the table. Also chairs were full of grease at a point that my sweater got dirty and when told the waitress she just apologized recognizing how filthy the table was. Food was overcooked and tasteless. Definitely not a great experience.
Horrible service!! We waited over 20-30 mins to even be serviced while others that came in after we did were serviced quickly. Not to mention servers literally checked on every other party at the bar except mine while we all sat next to each other. Food was disgusting, didn’t look appetizing at all. It took over 30 mins to even get somebody to acknowledge us to even close out the tab. I wasn’t satisfied at all and usually it’s a pretty good spot to come to.

The staff here were extremely helpful and nice. The arcade itself and food area is also very nice and energetic. Everything costs a little too much but it's alright can't really blame them for that. The main issue with this place is that there are constantly people making out and getting very touchy in public. I went at a pretty early time and there was plenty of kids everywhere. I told people to get a room and even told staff but nothing was done. There's kids around please be more mindful and do what you want but behind closed doors.

I was visiting New Jersey from Chicago and stopped by the Dave & Buster’s in Wayne and had an excellent experience! The atmosphere was energetic, the food was delicious, and everything ran smoothly. Our server, Luis, was absolutely outstanding friendly, attentive, and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure our group had everything we needed and truly made our visit memorable. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Luis he’ll make your experience even better! Definitely worth it, and I’d love to come back next time I’m in Jersey.
