Yes, the one star reviews im reading ,not surprised at all. My issue was service, we called and placed an order, the order was never delivered. I called hour and 30 mins after to see where my order was, the man says its on the way...never came, 45 mins later I called again and they asked me for my address. They seemed little confused, then they say ohh we never ran the card... Never processed the card? No one called me bout the card, nor did they even care that there was a customer waiting for 2.5 hours after placing the order. Im not here to bash anyone or the company itself. I think they should have a structured system on managing they're operation. Also Reading the reviews that they're not clean while preparing and cooking... Im happy we canceled altogether.
This location in my opinion, needs a stronger manager or trainer ,someone to better assist the employees from a to z on this day to night business.

Sorry but I won’t order from your location again - I picked up my order and observed the “pizza making person” (a female) preparing pizza’s with her BARE hands. She wasn’t wearing gloves. Her hair was in a long ponytail and was not contained. It was flying and flipping around. This is totally unacceptable for a food to the public establishment. Please change these practices immediately.

Beware of this pizza place, they will add the toppings which you might not even selected but when you call and ask them they will just say that they added an extra topping for free.

Thank any higher power I went to wrong location. The app switched. But, this place was filthy! There was a random guy carrying junk in and out through the front door. There was a “cook” employee Standing over a garbage can peeling, cutting and eating a mango. I asked the “manager,” What the hell is that? He literally said, “oh, he’s eating mango” See pics on Yelp!
