Every time I come to this Dunkin’ location, the coffee is always great. The same staff are always here — they’re friendly and welcoming. They always make my coffee just the way I like it, perfectly balanced every time. The service is excellent, and everything is clean, including the restrooms. I’ve seen some reviews where people weren’t happy, but I honestly don’t understand why — I’m always satisfied here. Thank you for your great service!

Stopped there this morning to purchase a gift card. Went inside and waited at the register for ten minutes. Did not see anyone who worked there. I could hear them but no one came to the register. Two other customers came in behind me. All three of us walked out. I can’t say it was poor service because there wasn’t any service.

Two stars is generous. I go here often still unsure why. This morning i asked for a cold brew with skim milk and splenda. I waited 15min at the drive through for them to try to hand me a coffee i knew had regular milk in it. (I am allergic to regular milk) i in return said thats not skim milk and he read the ticket and said no its whole milk. I asked him to please fix it and he took it back and in less than 10 seconds brought it back with what looked like even more whole milk. He proceeded to argue over how he made it new , i dont normally fight with people but being i have an allergy i had to. He refused to remake the coffee “again” so i drove away with it sipped it and am experiencing what i didnt want to im the first place. I had to stop at another dunkin donuts to get my real coffee. Wont go back here again. They have no work ethic and no idea what they are doing. Especially to jeopardize someones health.
This Dunkin is nice inside and the food is like any other Dunkin. However the service leaves much to be desired. I ordered a hot beverage and it was too cold and I politely asked them to make it hotter. Instead of just making the beverage the employees decided to argue with me back and forth saying that it wasn’t too cold even though I had tasted it. They finally remade my drink but wasted a lot of my time by arguing

This location is always consistent with taste, flavor, and service. However, the service isn't great. The staff ignores you until they have nothing better to do. If you have a mobile order for drive thru, they NEVER have it ready. They don't seem to communicate amongst themselves and it always takes WAY longer than necessary to get my order... I am becoming VERY frustrated with this location and I'm about to go to another location... please communicate amongst the team and take care of your customers...

This DD/Baskin Robbins went down hill real bad! The help tells you they can't make cappuccino blasts anymore, they don't have hot fudge for ice cream sundaes most of the time, and all the ice cream flavors are no longer marked correctly. I won't be returning here anymore. I think this one on Rt 23 recently changed ownership and now they are running the business into the ground!
