this place is horrible, the service is atrocious in which the workers dont care to serve you, they just work the drive thru. i waited 40 minutes for someone to come serve me but even then nobody came so I left. the unprofessionalism and nerves of these workers is concerning im suprised this place isnt out of business yet. not to mention their bathroom is filthy with bees hanging out on the ceiling. over all a horrible place in every aspect. as for the food, well i dont know because i never been served..

Uf i could leave zero stars i would. Horrible service!! No one will be in here or at the drive thru and you will wait forever for your coffee. I dont know what is going on in this place but at this point I'll travel to valley rd. Way better any where else.
Didn't have any service issues, 3 people on staff, 2 at drive through and 1 inside at counter. Guy was cleaning and stopped to help me right away at 9am. No personality, but got him to smile when I smiled to say Thank you 😊. Off topic, but my XL hot plain black coffee would have been over $4 if it wasn't for a $1 promo I received. It's worth$1 but definitely not over $4.... somehow they're more expensive than a large/venti at Starbucks and SB is way better coffee just around the corner. I tried 😅

Do not go here, the service is beyond deplorable, there is no apparent professionalism from the staff, manager included, and they are highly incapable of accountability regarding their own errors. Nearly a month of fighting for a refund of $7 and the manager lies and ghosts me. He literally tried to offer me free Dunkin products for the rest of the week as compensation for messing up my order and I declined in the hopes of getting my refund. When I went there for my refund one of the workers behind the counter didn't even know who the manager was.
I report this issue to support, and they defer to the manager for confirmation of a refund. Support emails me days later saying he told them that he attempted contact, I send them my phone records showing the last time he "attempted" contact was when I answered and he hung up immediately after, then they ghost me.
If you REALLY like Dunkin and cannot substitute for any other reputable source of coffee, then go to the one on High Mountain Ave. or down Pompton Rd. because this one is infinitely the worst of the three in all regards. Nearly a month and a few days and they wanted me to keep driving over to hopefully run into the manager so he could give me MY money back.

I ordered a croissant with egg and cheese, and I was informed that it would take approximately ten minutes, less than ten minutes later, I received my order. However, upon checking it, I discovered that bacon had been added, which I did not request. When I brought this to the attention of the staff member, he was extremely rude in his response, he took the bag from me in an angry manner and returned less than minutes shortly after, claiming that a new order had been made. When I opened the bag, I could clearly see that he had simply removed the bacon from my original order, as there were still traces of bacon on the croissant. Despite my explanation, he insisted that the order was completely new, which I found to be quite untruthful.
Feeling disrespected and frustrated, I decided to leave the order next to the cashier and walk away, as I do not believe in engaging in discussions that lead to further degradation, especially when faced with dishonesty.
I believe that customer service is an essential aspect of any dining experience, and I was disappointed by the behavior exhibited by your staff. I hope you will address this issue to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.

Got my order wrong.
i ordered a strawberry dragonfruit with grn tea and the lady put lemonade in it, and I specifically said I wanted grn tea. (because lemonade is very sweet) the lady went in the back and probably put it in another cup or dumped some out and put a bit of grn tea in it because it was still lemonade/tasted like it still, these workers are very lazy and just mess up everyone's orders and don't know how to do things right.

Horrible place, came in yesterday to order a coffee and waited and waited at register to get someone to serve me and nothing! They were more preoccupied with drive thru…. What a junk of a place. I had to put Gatorade back into fridge and it walk out and still they didn’t even notice that.
