I don't know how this branch is still operating. This place looks and feels like a ghost town. They are always understaffed. Something is always out of stock or missing. They can barely keep the place clean. Waiting time is also long drive-tru or dine in.

These people don’t know how to follow instructions. They rush to make things, even on slow days. Waste of money. I don’t recommend anybody going to this location.Uncooked hash brown.

i don’t normally leave reviews but this place is horrible. i should have left a review the first time about two months ago, when I went to the store in person around 6:30 am for 2 dozen donuts for staff at my work. they kept telling me “one second” and all they did was work the drive through. not even exaggerating I waited more than 30 minutes. sure, maybe it’s the morning and they’re understaffed but that’s ridiculous cmon. then about a week ago I go in the drive through to get hash browns and grilled cheese. the grilled cheese was barely even cooked, the cheese was cold when i took it apart. the hash browns were mushy and soggy. don’t go here.

Great when it isn't busy. When they are they make a LOT of errors. Ironically the more people you see working the more likely they are to mess up the order. More times then not my order is wrong. Especially today. Order an iced matcha. Got an iced coffee. The receipt paper was taped to the order which read, "iced matcha". Hard to miss.The girl in the hijab at the end of the day is pretty great. I'm not sure what she does but her drinks seem to always turn out phenomenal. The rare instances she works on a team the drinks still end up pretty great and her service is consistent and reliable.

I ordered drinks only to learn they didn't have the ingredients, but that's not why I am giving 1 star. Instead of the guy looking at the 2 different orders receipts to verify how much I was owed, he didn't give back total for 3rd drink. AND he was somewhat arguing with me when I explained, with receipts, that I am owed more. Just pick up the dang receipts and stop interrogating and arguing with customer. He then finally does (looks at reciepts), attempts with a half-apology that he didn't know. Then, when I ask for this inconvenience if there's anything that can be done, I am 100% ignored. 1 Star...

This morning I asked for a cappuccino and to please put whipped cream and he gave me a black coffee with whipped cream. When I asked him what I want a cappuccino, apparently he didn't understand, he prepared me something totally different, I lost my money and my time.

I had a medical emergency I asked for a cup of ice while I waited for my coffee order to be ready. I noticed I was charged $1.00 for the ice. Mind you I wasn’t told there was a charge for it I noticed when I received my money back for my coffee order. Who charges for ice??? Especially when it’s for medical reasons??? It’s not about the $ it’s the fact that no other place charges for ice.I’ll never ever go back here again the place has dirty counters as well.Very disappointed!!!

Changes in management and staff is headed in the right direction. For that I am editing this former 1 star to a 3 star Dunkin now. They appear to following min. health guidelines, coffee has improved, overall improvement headed in the right direction, and I now feel comfortable purchasing a coffee with confidence that the store has been cleaned.

To people who goes there at night and expect to get all the donuts you want, you aint gonna get it. The donuts comes in the morning and will be almost finished by afternoon. If you don’t get something else its because the company has discontinued the product, not because the employees are lazy. If you goes there in the busy hours you are gonna have to wait for some minutes. The employees there are also human. If you didn’t get the order right you can always ask the employee for a refund or another one, and you have to be clear about what you are ordering. If you order a hot coffee, you are gonna get a hot coffee black , and there is no point of expecting to get cream or sugar in it. The employee there are brain dead after dealing with all this people ?. So you have to be patient.An employee at dunkin..

I got my appointment for an interview and they reminded me about my appointment but when I arrived the owner wasn't there. They are very irresponsible. The owner went somewhere else while he knew their was an appointment. Very bad.
