Great subs! I had to edit my rating. On the restaurant door it shows that you guys are open until 9, Google says until 7, and we get here at 6:20 and doors are locked. That's more than an hour of driving for us with no food. I am extremely disappointed with this.

I don't typically write reviews, but I think this one is important. The sandwiches are actually delicious, no complaints. My problem is with their hours. The staff closes when they feel like it or just don't answer the phones. On the door, it shows they are open until 9 pm or 930pm depending on the day. On their website, it shows 7 pm. Multiple times, we stopped by earlier than 7 pm and the building was closed. Today, we showed up at 615pm and the doors were locked, though it showed Open on the door. I think the manager needs to be aware of what's going on- staff gets lazy and tired and close up when they feel like it.

Nothing great or even good at all about this place. If u want a truly good sandwich I suggest u visit ur local deli there are many around... this place makes Subway look like fine dining. The help there is not even mediocre for a themed based place.

Stay clear from this location. Came in with my wife for a take out, and we experienced the worst customer service by far.The only customer they have is me and my wife on a Thursday afternoon, Sheanna the person who is taking our order was placing her hands on her waist and tilts her head back and sighing at the same time i place an order. She clearly does not want to work, while waiting for our food we can hear her talking that she doesn't care if we call and complain. Very immature, unprofessional we will definitely not return to firehouse.

Just walked out. Arrived at 11:30 or so and only one in the place, woman and young guy behind the counter. I say hi and she gives me half a look and says one second. I spend the next 10 minutes watching her ignore me and chop lettuce. Another guy walks in and she's finally ready and apparently I'm standing in the wrong spot so asks the other guy what he wants. Like a total jacka$$ he places his order so hope there is a hair in your sandwich you dope. Just walked out. How clueless can you be. Would never come back.
