This place is horrible and absolute frauds! I picked up my order through door dash and they completely messed up the order. I called the store and they offered a store credit or refund. I requested a refund and they said it will show up in 3-5 business days. This is over 2 weeks ago and I’m appalled they have the audacity to steal money. Absolutely low class and zero accountability!!!! I hope corporate gets involved to see how often this occurs! i will NEVER go to Five Guys again!!!

Grossly overpriced and I mean Grossly Bacon cheeseburger 12.50 Regular drink 2.89 Little Fries 5.50 Add tax it came to 21.00 Burger was overcooked and greasy Fries were almost raw The person taking the order was Zombie like.the wait was long .Disorganized behind the counter.. honestly I’ve had better food at a ballgame.

I haven't had a burger in years- Five Guys Put an end to that! Best burger outside of IN-N-OUT. The staff is always friendly and consistent at Five Guys. Get the Cajun fries!

Good, but not as good as how Five Guys was ten years ago. It used to be the spot with massive amount of fries. Now it still tastes good but price has gone up so much

What happened here? The burgers were so good n real meat now you get well done dry inedible thin patties and a sesame bun that is so mushy can't eat it. The fries are the only reason I gave it 2 stars. 19.00! Don't bother for burgers, 9.69 a burger!

I was there with my daughter and we order burgers and my daughter is allergic to sesame seeds I ask them to please not to serve the burger with sesame seeds bun and they said it was the only thing they had ...so they gave my child a the meat and cheese only to 10 year old that is insane....then I ask for hot dog bun ...they gave us one bun.....the food is great but for people that allergies like sesame seeds. that is so common they should be more prepared.
