Today I visited this place with my family, we loved the product we bought, it seems like a very nice place, but since nothing is perfect, we were served by a young woman who, apart from not having any manners, also didn't feel like working, apparently, I don't understand how A business owner entrusts something as important as customer service in the hands of someone because you have to remember without customers there is no way to pay the bills including that young woman's salary, well it was the first time and the last time.

My wife tried to place the order today. The person that answered the phone was really rude hung up on her. I called back, gave me the attitude. I asked him his name. He didn’t wanna tell me then he told me it was CARLOS I would never ever order again from here the worst Attitude poor CUSTOMER SERVICE and the food is not the same I’ll stay eating at CUCINA 347 where there customer service is great and food is awesome the drive to Oakland is well worth it

Hadn’t ordered from Gencarellis in quite a while. Told delivery in 1 hour. Food arrived 1 hr & 45 minutes. Ice cold. Also very expensive compared to other comparable restaurants in town. AVOID!

Got two plain pies tonight and I was disappointed. The whole pizza was wet with grease. So much so that the cheese slid off every single slice. I have ever had a pizza where every single slice had the cheese fall off. Will not return for a second order, and will not recommend.

Ordered a chicken cutlet hero which has lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo to start. Asked them to add cheese, onions, peppers, and they left off the lettuce, tomatoes, mayo and o&v. Cutlet was small, chicken dried out, bread was stale. Worst chicken cutlet hero I've ever had. The chicken in the chicken milanese entree was chewy, so either undercookded or old. I asked to speak to the guy who made the sandwich, he wouldnt speak to me. This place has gone downhill, will never order from there again, and I live in the neighborhood. There are a ton of pizzerias in Wayne better than Gencarellis

I ordered from here for the first time tonight and it will be the last. I bought mozzarella sticks and when they arrived there were two different varieties of frozen, store bought sticks (looks like Farm Rich and maybe Sargento). I would not have paid $9 for this garbage if I knew that’s what they are deserving.

Hello, I would like to share my unfortunate experience with this facility. I would not consider myself particularly particular about my dining experiences, but this was just unacceptable. Today, somebody threw a macaroni and cheese ball across the table and it landed on my brand new pair of platform crocs (I am also allergic to dairy) . At first I was going to let it slide, but this rude customer kept making noise. So, I contacted a worker. The worker told me to throw it back, so I did. Unfortunately, they were not talking about the viral Tik Tok dance move, and I got kicked out. I was not able to finish my chicken francese. At the very least, I am utterly disappointed with my experience today. Thank you.

Parking: Plenty of street parking. Small parking lot which will likely have spaces since they only do takeout and delivery.
