Went to the store at 6pm I saw a worker making boba. She closed the shop at 6pm even though on google and the store front says it closes at 8pm. I drove 30 minutes in traffic to gongcha for the girl to tell me she was closed. Then she proceeds to make 3 more bobas for her self. False advertisement and unprofessionalism in this store and from the worker.

I love gongcha. It's sad this is the closest one to where I live because Palisades and fort Lee location never disappoint. Unfortunately this location has a weird smell to it every time I visit and it does effect the "desire" to get bubble tea because it makes you think it's probably not as sanitary as you would hope. They offer the same bubble teas as every location. Girl that was present was on her phone, and her customer service was lacking to say the least. Visit other locations if you're able.
The girl who was serving the drinks did her job bad, why? Because the drinks we ordered didn’t have ice and the flavors wasn’t the same we have ordered the past months.

I went here to get boba because my daughter was sick so I went all alone I ordered a strawberry slush with milk pearls and star jelly at 12:00am she therw up so if u want boba don’t come here ?

Stopped in while waiting to pick up a to-go order in the same parking lot. Ordered the creme brûlée and oh my, is it delicious! You can customize the sweetness and milk types and change the toppings- I ordered it “as is” with pearls. Best drink I’ve had in a while. Husband ordered a dirty brown sugar with pearls. Amazing. Daughter ordered the milk foam peach slush with star jelly. Also loved it. Very Instagram-worthy as well if you’re into that. Prices a little on the high side but if you order Starbucks, this is no different. They have a rewards program, too. Will be back there again for sure!

Very cute place for bubble tea. The service was great and very happy to help with our selections. I was able to get the green tea with milk, and it was so good!!!! Plenty of parking. Seating can be limited. They have so many great flavors and seasonal options.
