Very cute place for bubble tea. The service was great and very happy to help with our selections. I was able to get the green tea with milk, and it was so good!!!! Plenty of parking. Seating can be limited. They have so many great flavors and seasonal options.

I came here on a Monday for a quick brown sugar milk tea. The place was dead and maybe that's because it's at the corner of the strip mall, but it was clean, and the service was good and quick. The drink was made just how I wanted it. It has a couple of chairs and tables to sit at and a large parking lot.

This place is understaffed.One person serving drinks and taking orders during rush hours.Additionally, drinks are often not made accurately and according to the recipes. I love gong cha in other locations but this one gives a bad rep to the brand.Please hire more people, you have the volume for it

The parking was good, but they're was this new employee which got both our drinks wrong. I mean yeah, I wouldn't mind if it was one drink and it was wrong, but we ordered two of the same drinks, and the lady there messed up both of them. I don't know why, but every time we go there, there is always a new employee. Definitely do not recommend coming here!☹️

I want to start by saying Gong Cha is my favorite boba spot. I have been to several different locations ordering the same drink and always taste delicious and I’m always excited to get Gong Cha. I placed an order for 1:30pm on 8/16. I was on a time crunch because I had errands to do after. I arrived and my order wasn’t prepared because the system didn’t notify the store even though I got confirmation that the store accepted my order. I didn’t mind waiting because no one else was in the store and only takes a minute to get ready. I asked for a large oolong tea, regular sugar, regular ice with pearls. I mistakenly put pearls instead of white pearls and asked the young lady if she can change it to white pearls and did. I was on my phone and when she gave me my drink, she gave me an oolong milk tea and was completely upset and didn’t bother to ask for the correct drink because I was on a time crunch. I threw it away. Every other location I’ve been to I have ordered the same drink for pickup and it’s always the correct one. I’ll still be drinking Gong Cha but not at this location.
We love Gong Cha! We always get friendly service and our boba tea is always great. We try a new flavor every visit and recently tried Peach Oolong Tea with pearls. (It is a special this month.) We all love it and hope we can continue to get it once August ends.
