The food here was excellent. Freshness and effort came through in all the dishes clearly. Everyone at the table loved their food - we ordered fish tacos, chicken fajitas nachos to share with everyone and our friends ordered the veg quesadillas and grilled veg Mexican bowl(it comes in a plate?). The restaurant also offers sauces with 3 different levels of spice which that added an additional element of flavour. The best thing is that they offer great service too ! Very warm and involved. For all who are saying bad thinga about this wonderful restaurant, I am not sure where you are coming from. Guacamole is authentic Mexican food. Everything is made fresh daily and also made right in front of you. The flavors in all of the foods are exquisite. It is a Mom and Pop restaurant, and everyone who works there is family. They have worked very hard to make this restaurant the success it is. Shame on everyone with their negative comments. Guess you guys really don't know authentic Mexican food!
The service was fantastic and I loved the ambiance, including the Mariachi concert that was playing on the TV while I ate my lunch. Upon entering, I noticed the sign above the register that stated their food was not spicy. The sign did not lie. I ordered enchiladas, and while the ingredients were fresh and tasty, I wished for the spice!

I knew right away, when I tasted the homemade hot sauces (hit and very hot) that I was in for a delicious and authentic Mexican meal. 10 out of 10. Flavors were as good as it gets. At the end the owner came by, asked how I liked the food and told me her family story behind their love for cooking and the prize family recipes. This is an absolute diamond in the rough. Make the trip to come here (byob as well).

Ordered the taco salad. Extremely soggy ingredients (probably not drained before being thrown into the shell) and the shell itself was very under cooked (doughy). Bland flavor, disappointing because the reviews are good. I couldn't eat most of it. It was literally sitting in a quarter inch of brown liquid. For $30 for two meals it's a very overpriced meal. On top of this the food was just sitting out on a table when I got there, zero interaction from staff.
