We come here quite often and have enjoyed the experience. The food is good, and not expensive. It’s not a gourmet restaurant but still we always have a good time !

The cheeseburger I had was well cooked but still very chewy. Not hard like some grilled cheeseburgers.

Busy watching kitchen nightmares on TV, wow is this the same kitchen nightmares with Gordon Ramsay 🤮🥶🥶🥶 and it's still open

Alex Osorno made our dining experience 10 out of 10. He was friendly accommodating willing to go above and beyond to make sure that our experience was a good one. He is the reason that we will go back. Need to add some desserts to the menu lacking in that department. Outside seating is very comfortable and relaxing but inside is depressing and needs a major makeover. Would never go there if we had to eat inside. Thank you, Alex for giving us a great experience.

I absolutely loved their smokehouse, bacon cheeseburger, it was perfect and the french fries were also excellent. I’ve already had it four times.

Our food arrived cold after a long wait menu is limited and grossly overpriced.. drink prices are insane to say the least
And it gets worse. The staff is very unorganized and not professional one bit. Attitudes galore. The people working here may be better suited in working in either the fast food or housekeeping industries.
And to top it of the manager/ owner is a crockpot. No customer service skills at all
This place has gone downhill and fast and the prices have gone up even faster. Save your $$$ and time I suggest you avoid this place at all costs and the cost is outrageous.. won’t ever ever ever be back

Food is inconsistent. Service from waiters is usually very nice, but the owner, is not effective whatsoever. I will not be going back on his account. If you don’t believe me, just watch the Gordon Ramsey episode.
