Everything was done exactly right—they followed the order to a T! The subs were absolutely delicious and thoughtfully labeled, making it easy for everyone to find exactly what they wanted. Delivery was right on time, and the complimentary olive oil and vinegar bottles were a great touch—neatly packaged and much appreciated. Everyone loved not only the incredible taste but also how nicely everything was presented. A fantastic experience all around! What happened to the sandwiches all the sudden way less meat it ain't jersey trumps it's jersey mike yous should go back to the way it was 2 months ago or your going to start loosing customers. Tell the suits that you can't give someone bread and call it a sub . What are you trying to be like subways and close down after all these year's your about to lose more than 30 customers that buy at least 4 times a week for lunch I think it would be sad when you close .People you can get that same specialty bread at a bakery make it at home for a 3rd of the price . Bate and switch shame on you trump wanna bee's lol

Ordered a "Super Sub" on whole wheat. Absolutely delicious! "Mike's Way" (which I recommend) with oregano, s&p, oil & vinegar. Perfect. Thanks to the team working there for a clean place and friendly personalities!!! Shout out to Marissa the GM; Giovanna, Nick, and also Leon from another of my visits several weeks ago. Thank you !!! I am going to split this review into two parts. First the global franchise of Jersey Mike's is the best deli chain. Local Mom and Pop spots best it but as far as chains this one is raining champ. My only complaint is the portion size. You can get a 1/4, 1/2, and full size sandwich. However you cannot get the optimal size 3/4 unless you buy both the mini and the regular which ends up costing as much as the giant. I feel like the corporate office knows this is the optimal size and purposely makes it unavailable to force extra giant size sales.
As far as this location is concerned on my visit they were severely understaffed. One employee is making all the sandwiches and also doing the register. He is backed up enough with the cold sandwich station but when someone orders a cheesesteak the place grinds to a halt. This also probably explains the state of the dining area. One employee cannot possibly keep the dining area tidy. Although he was doing a great job, he is just one man.
