Had a great experience visiting this location. the restaurant was clean and the environment friendly I was greeted at the door! Definitely worth visiting and try the #3 a worker helped with recommending items to me ! Great job from the staff :)

I just witnessed a rude customer. The customer came in while on his phone, ignored them when they tried to take his order, and then suddenly started yelling at the worker for not knowing if he was talking to him or to his phone. It was completely uncalled for. The customer continued to yell at the worker and even started taking photos. It was honestly shocking to watch. I never do reviews but I felt like I needed to because this guy kept going on about how he was going to take the whole place down. just sad.

It's a shame because the sandwiches are good but they've now messed up online orders multiple times I've gone there. It's really frustrating spending money here for lunch the next day and opening it up to see the wrong sandwich over and over.

quite honestly toddlers could run the store better than this. I called early in the morning when they open to confirm that they had a deal going on and the worker confirmed it and I drove 40 minutes out of my way and when I got there, they said oh yeah, we’re not doing it anymore and the only solution was the Manager was yelling at the kid who told me that they were doing it with no recompensation for me driving almost an hour. There was nothing and I even said for this Sunday and the kid confirmed it and then I came in and they said they were only doing it next week. What’s the point of me calling you confirming if it’s just gonna be wrong when I get there? toddlers can run a store better

Place was dirty waited over 25 minutes and they got my order wrong no manger in the store 3 kids working totally lost had no Clue wiped the gloved hands on their pants and than touched the food disgusting will not return stay away go to wanaque store on ringwood ave best store around take the ride dont come to this store ever walked out without my food

I ordered per app gluten free turkey, I was running late finally I get there, a girl was like name, she and manager were talking while working someone else order waiting awhile finally they said someone else took my order rather than make my order right then they continue someone else order, I said I had to come back run errands gave it 35 minutes later show up thinking it’s ok they will have my sandwich ready and again waited on others, I was like what my sub still not ready they said for gluten free need to wait, I just waited like hours, now they making my sandwich in front me when it should been handed to me, manager had attitude said we need wait others be done, I’m thinking I preordered it should be done awhile back, I ask girl put mayo on it she didn’t at least she said sorry as u left, next time I’m going pompton lakes. Ridiculous, not once but twice they didn’t have my preorder ready
I love this location ❤️ the staff is fast, efficient, and they make the subs exactly how you want them 🥪 The store is super clean and the service is great. Definitely my favorite spot for a quick, satisfying meal 😋

I walked into Jersey Mike’s and was immediately met with rude, unfriendly staff. The guy who made my sandwich didn’t smile, didn’t say a word, and acted like he couldn’t care less. He was completely miserable and flat-out rude the entire time. The whole experience was uncomfortable and honestly made me never want to come back again. Terrible customer service.
