Both workers were very rude and no customer service at all. Gave us attitudes for no reason before we even order. They were complaining whole time while making our food like they assume we are stupid and don’t understand them talking negative about us. Was rude. Will not go back again.

Jersey mikes in Wayne is my go to.. the people are friendly, accomodating and the place is immaculate.. great customer service.. I've been to others and not the same feeling
Great place to eat. Jake the Manager was wonderful and accommodating to our needs and we felt comfortable. It was our first time back there after my mom's recent passing and we had good memories of her there and we even spoke to Jake about herand had a few laughs. He goes out of his way for his customers and has great personal skills.

Ugh. I love Jersey Mikes. But this location gave me pause. The lettuce was old and browning. And as I watched the woman make my sandwich I saw her scoop the lettuce scraps from the previous sandwiches…. Onto mine. Didn’t toss it. Every other Jersey Mikes cleans the board between orders. Left a bad impression on me. I’ll go to other locations in the future. Not this one.
Joe the manager ( if that's what he is ) is very rude and gives off a weird vibe. My sandwich was wrong and might have gotten mixed up, beside the point..very unprofessional. the boy up front making the sandwiches , had to apologize for his child like behavior.... next time just be more cognizant.
