This Kung Fu tea is located right in front of food court, mainly a take out store. They have all the popular drinks. In addition they also sell macaroons and large tea bags. The store is very clean and organized. One person is at register, 3 are making drinks in the back, one handing them out correctly, during heavy rush hour. I was very impressed with the service and efficiency. My mango green tea was top notch with delicious soft mango jelly.

They are insanely generous with their toppings which most bubble tea spots in the area are not (gong cha in Montclair, kung fu tea in Montclair, cozy tea in cedar grove/verona border). Worth taking the drive to the mall just to grab a bubble tea from here.

The small tea shop is located exactly at the center of the mall within the seating area outside of the food pavillion, right next to the escalators. Perfect for a quick refreshing beverage amidst your shopping. Service were enthusiastic and kind, drinks arrived fast, cheap and affordable prices, and tasted amazing. I recommend the Mango Slushie.

I was so glad to see Kung Fu Tea open up in this mall because the nearest one before that was about 40 minutes away. I've been going to this location ever since it opened and I'm so glad that my favorite boba place is closer to home. The staff here is super friendly and I've never had trouble with them. I usually order from the app, but even when ordering in person, they work very quickly. I'm always surprised by how fast the staff is with everyone's drinks. At other locations, they usually take forever even if nobody's there. However, it's much faster here even on busier days. Overall, I have no complaints!
I ordered something I’ve had other places but really didn’t like it. I brought it back and asked if they could replace it with something else. They were so nice and did it with no hesitation. Way better this time! Thank you!
