I have been coming here for a couple of years now at least 2-3 times a month and the service is a hit or miss lately. I took my friend for his birthday last night and I decided to get the Chicken parmensan entree and they gave me the smallest piece of chicken. I brought it to their attention that the chicken portion is usually bigger and this meal isn't worth $21 because this is my friend's go to meal 90% of the time and she said it only gets 1 piece. They said did you want an extra piece and I said yeah if im paying the full price I do. They decided to charge me an extra $3 on top of it. To top it off the waitress tried to give us burnt bread. I hate to say it but I will not be returning as frequently. I do have to say Maria was fantastic 2 Sundays ago when I was there.

My family and I visited here on a Saturday evening for dinner. While we've dined here many times before, we usually try to avoid peak hours. Recently, the place has become a bit chaotic, with a stressed-out staff and an unhelpful manager. There were people waiting everywhere, yet several tables remained empty. The food is always good, but given the rising prices these days, service really makes a difference! Unfortunately, during busy times, this location struggles with poor management. We ended up leaving and heading to the Little Falls location, which was just as busy but ran smoothly, making the wait much more bearable. In this case, sticking with the original spot definitely felt worth the money.

Ive been to Maggie's in Wayne a couple of times. Food was good. Service as well. But tonight was an exception. We ate in the 1st room on the left. Nice and quiet. However our waitress was NOT friendly, at all. No smiles. Just a sour puss face the entire night. I had the crunch salad with grilled chicken which I had a few weeks ago. This time, they didnt cut the ends off the Brussel sprouts. You know that hard dirty end? Disgusting. I tried to cut them off with my knife but it wasn't sharp enough. So I asked our waitress for a steak knife. She gave me a dirty look, I believe. 5-10 minutes later she brings the knife. I should have told her about the sprouts, but I didn't. Another thing is we ordered 2 cups of hot tea. $7! And the tea wasn't even hot! So we asked for her to being some more hot water to top off the tea and warm it up. She brought one cup of water for the 2 of us to share! And that water was luke-warm as well! I usually only post reviews when the restaurant is above par. But not this time. Bad experience all around.

The food was just OK. Everyone at my table (there were 8 of us) complained of the same thing. The food was kind of bland. There were also some complaints of the food being oily.

They were cleaning the bar while many of us at the bar were still trying to enjoy a drink. When I spoke to somebody behind the bar, she said I don't know what you are talking about, and I'm not going to argue with you..... I had a long day.... so because she had a hard day, I and a few others had to drink our " bleach" martini in silence.
We came as a group of 4 been here before but will not come back here again 2 people at the table got their food approx 12-15 min went by before the rest of us got our food asked to speak to manager. Manager said “we r busy” kitchen is backed up. I will pass this along to my friends

I placed a to go order for a soup. To be specific a loaded baked potato soup that I wanted to bring for my mom in the hospital. I’m not pleased with the fact that I waited 20 minutes for this order, but I gave grace because I saw that it was pretty busy. However, I am disappointed with the fact that neither of the hostesses walking past me and making sure everyone around me was attended to, had the common decency to follow up with me as to why I was just sitting in the waiting area. I ended up having to follow up on my order and the hostess realized she forgot but it’s sad with the amount of times I locked eyes with the workers I kept getting overlooked. The kicker to all of this is when I finally reached my destination and took the food out the bag they gave me the wrong thing.
