This place is the worse in getting your order correct. If they don’t forget something in your order they are giving you wrong thing. Always check your bag and food before leaving. The worse part is they are unapologetic. As if you got it wrong. They need new management for years.its been going on too long.

They have probably the worst lid and cup combo in the history , you look at the lid twice it will come off , it needs attention ASAP , and not getting the name right the register , so you end up waiting far too long , and seeing people come after you get their order before you! , food and coffee is actually really good, I like it and I enjoy it.

I had no idea this place existed until recently, and I'm so glad I discovered it! I tried the croissant sandwich and yogurt parfait, and both were delicious. The friendly staff and cool atmosphere make it a great spot for a quick morning bite. I highly recommend it!
I was not blown away by this Manhattan Bagel. Not impressed with the selection. Years ago I frequented the Fairfield Manhattan Bagel. I liked it back then. Not so much anymore. I won't come here to buy anything. I didn't like the Wayne store. The woman at the counter was nice. She is a good worker. 👍

i would order online rather than in person. either way, a lot of times they will mess up your order. but when i ordered in person a bagel with cream cheese and bacon was $9.05 compared to online, it was $2 less. not cool and probably won’t come back after that.

Found an ant wrapped in with my sandwich. ordered a TURKEY bacon egg & cheese on an everything bagel. Gave me pork bacon which i cannot eat on a poppy bagel, close enough i guess? Iced coffee tasted like straight mud water. The employee taking my order was on her phone the entire time and i had to repeat my order back 2-3 times and they still messed it up even after repeating back to me. I stopped here in between classes. the first and last time ill be coming here. waste of money.

The most disorganized mess of a bagel shop I’ve ever stepped into. The employees were all extremely nice and forgiving for their mistakes, but there was no organization or system being followed. The manager was barking orders with no explanation or constructive criticism. Hot orders were done before plain bagel orders. I’m surprised this place is still running I hold the owner gets it together, they got my bagel with butter order wrong…
