After I placed my order today, I was trying to speak to the cook about my order (an older Spanish speaking woman didn’t get her name brushed me off and was refusing to understand what I was asking for. Thankfully, Karelis stepped in and handled the situation with patience and great customer service. She listened, understood exactly what I meant, and made sure my order was right. Because of her, I didn’t walk away with a bad experience today — she truly went above and beyond. While I most likely will not come back here. I wanted to honor Karelia great customer service.

Food is good whoever is cooking is cooking but service quality is bad. The crew seems to be very busy with orders but that doesn’t justify rushed service. The small things matter in a customer’s day. The cashier seems to have a bad attitude as she is multi-tasking and rushing customers to order while making faces. The treatment doesn’t make me want to come back here and I feel better off going to a happier place.

The food here is very good. It is annoying however that the closing time is 3 PM, and if you come in at 2 PM, all three workers that usually manage the counter are actively sweeping, wiping down and mopping the place. I experienced this twice so far as a customer here. There were five people including myself waiting on line, but the workers were so involved with cleaning that we had to wait very long before they could get around to taking our order. I was at the front of the five-person line today, and I got nervous when I saw the woman who normally works the grill, wringing out the mop manually to get the rest of the water out from what the yellow bucket wringing tool left behind, that I opted to leave and go some place else. It is also unappetizing to be smelling a mix of detergent and dirty mop water while trying to order and/or eat your lunch. I would recommend setting the cleaning start time to the closing time listed in the store hours, and not an entire hour before. It is a very uninviting experience for guests. I still left four stars due to the food quality, but customers should not be punished for wanting to come to the store for their lunch at 2 PM when the closing time is 3 PM.

My first , but not last visit! Just made it , actually were closing and still took my order two delicious pumpkin muffins I was craving! The staff couldn’t have been any nicer and went out of their way to accommodate me when I told them I didn’t live close by! Thank you so very much for your extremely sweet customer service!💜🥰

Food was a 10/10! Kay who took care of me and my friend she was very friendly she’s bilingual was very happy with the service she provided us. Me and my friend ordered a farmhouse and a side of hash browns and it was amazing!

This was our very first time coming to this franchise. We normally go to small local bagel stores, but we stopped in a rush in our way to a game. I will not be returning and I highly recommend supporting local bagel shops in your area. The bagels in this store were not good at all. But above all the customer service was atrocious.
