I used to enjoy coming to MySalad for lunch and also staying in the dining area to work on my laptop. However, for several months there has been a disruptive, pounding noise coming from above. I took my complaints to the manager months ago and it still has not changed. Unfortunately I will not be visiting MySalad anymore.

I have been ordering here for years now and have never ever had an issue… until yesterday . Ordered two salads directly from the store for delivery. About 10 minutes after placing the order, I received a call from the store. Apparently when I placed the order, my order didn’t contain lettuce. I confirmed with the person that in fact wanted lettuce and grilled chicken. When my order came almost an hour later, imagine my surprise when I received a bowl full of just cucumbers, dressing and cheese. I immediately called the store. She asked me 3 separate times how I placed the order because she couldn’t find it. Meanwhile, she was the SAME person who called me about the lettuce! After 10 minutes, she asked if I wanted another salad sent out. I said I would literally just like lettuce… well, an HOUR later, a guy shows up with my order… two new salads… and tells me I owe $5 for chicken… I give him the $5, which I should not have had to do because I already paid for chicken….. go back inside, open my salad.. no chicken. I paid way too much for all this… will definitely reconsider before ordering again

I was really disappointed to order my usual wonton salad and I saw the price went up to 15.49! it use to be 12.99. With tax and if you pay with card, I paid a total of 17! It just sucks, might have to think twice before coming back.

I order from here all the time and the food is usually good and the portions are generous. I placed an order through door dash today and I specified no Feta on my salad as I don’t eat cheese at all. When I received the salad it still had Feta. I called the store to ask for a replacement and offered to send this one back. I was told they wouldn’t be able to replace it and I would just have to put in a complaint through DoorDash. After I did they called back and offered to send a replacement. Then they called a third time saying they won’t be able to send it through DoorDash or directly from the store because I’m too far although I’m less than 15 minutes away. I’m very disappointed because I was at work and ended up skipping lunch. I was looking for the correct order not a refund but they were not willing to help.

Delicious salat, finally ate what I was looking for long time. Concept slight similar that Subway but all based on different salads. Topping and sauces are great. Warmly suggesting a visit if around.

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tiana, at the Lyndhurst, NJ location. About 8 months ago, I ordered food while visiting my niece who lives in Wayne, NJ. She had spoken highly of this business, and I can confidently say, I thoroughly enjoyed my wrap. I highly recommend this business; the food and smoothies are delicious. The atmosphere is great and clean; in my opinion, there is something for everyone with all the choices they have. I wish My Salad continued success.
