My experience was horrible. Its very sad to know that any place under the sun would serve such disgusting food. Wings were extremely soggy and drenched in oil. The full rack of ribs of which I only ate the ends were also so slimy and the sauce was overly salty and bitter. The salad was turning red from days or weeks of storage. But even the drinks!!! I couldn’t finish the second one. The waitress noticed and offered to take it off my check but I had already paid. I was dying to get out of there. The drink was so sweet it gave me an instant head and stomach ache. Even my daughter couldn't eat the chicken or mac and cheese and she is 6. Ive never heard her say “Dad, can we just so somewhere else this doesn’t taste good.” Complete waste of money. My server was nice but a little overly sweet where I felt like she was talking to a toddler. Overall a terrible experience and I would only recommend this place to people I hate.

Had an amazing experience at Outback Steakhouse in New Jersey! The food was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked steaks, fresh sides, and everything full of flavor. The service was outstanding too — super friendly and attentive staff who made us feel really welcome. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I've had lately

Had another great experience at Outback in Wayne tonight. Our server Tori was very helpful and knowledgeable about gluten free items. The manager came out to reconfirm that they were aware of my wife’s allergy. In addition, the quality and service of the restaurant is great. We have been going to outback for over a decade and noticed that the food quality has gotten even better and everything is cooked to perfection. Thank you for another great dinning experience.

Update- Nov. 13 2025: Had dinner - great service from bartender/ server Hanna. Perfectly cooked Salmon, Ahi Tuna, & 8oz Sirloin & Grilled Chicken combo. Good food, good atmosphere, and great friendly staff! Miss the Asian Sesame Ginger Salad they used to have on menu though!!! No complaints - keep up the good service!! Love the WINGS!!!

Just had dinner at Outback Steakhouse here in New Jersey and honestly, it was awesome. The steak was cooked to perfection, sides were on point, and everything had great flavor. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back soon

I’m writing this on behalf of my 84 year-old friend who is at care one - rehab . She has been ordering from this location every few days.. -For some reason, she’s been receiving multiple orders daily and Her account has been charged multiple times for the same order. . Why would an old lady you can see the address is the name is for rehab we ordering 5 single orders for steaks ? 2 min apart I have reached out to the manager in the location, so many times and writing this review hoping somebody will read it. You guys are a good chain - But unfortunately, an old lady has been scammed out of her money. I’ve been requesting you guys to help, but nobody is helping me. .

I had been in many Outback Steakhouse but this location in Wayne is the BEST. The service, food and wait time excellent. Our waiter, Fernando, was great, I give him 5* and the manager was great. I will be going back. Thank you for making our birthday dinner exceptional. 😊

Went for lunch with my grandchildren and husband. Not sure of the waitress name but she was wearing a Jets jersey. Not friendly at all, only came to check on us maybe 2times, mind you we were the only customers there at that time. I had to request more bread and she seemed like it was a bother, I told her my grands love the bread she never acknowledged, even had a 30.00 take out order and when I requested extra bread she charged me for 4 loaves of bread even though I got none for the takeout dinner. Not really sure if she was not in the mood but maybe next time stay home or take a course in customer service. I didn’t want to leave a tip my grands made me. Never had a problem with this Outback always friendly and we come at least twice a month cause my grands love the “brown bread “ I think I’m gonna turn them on to the soft rolls at Texas Roadhouse. Also had to wait over ten minutes for a bag and the extra bread while she decided to take other customer orders.

Everyone was happy with their food and the quality of it, food came in a timely manner, waiter was very helpful when I forgot to put my phone number to get my points. He was able to solve my problem a totally great experience for my daughter‘s birthday!
