I never give bad reviews but I had to for this place. My children and I took my wife out for her birthday, everything was a disappointment here. It took several minutes after we sat down before our drink order was taken. The food was equivalent to a TV dinner and the atmosphere is dirty and worn. The staff is visible and audibly angry as one waitress was cursing within ear shot of our table.

I had the worst experience at this place. The Sesame chicken, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken is fluffy, and tastes artificial. I would rather go to a local place to get Chinese food. The rice was dry, but the sauces for chicken were very acidic, seems like too much vinegar. If I could I would give them zero stars.

We went with a group of 9 people on Saturday night. They took a reservation so we did not have to wait to be seated. Our server Clorise, was spot on, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. We enjoyed the Pad Thai, Mongolian beef, spring rolls, salad and banana dessert. For the two of us the bill was $84 including tip. No alcoholic beverages.

I understand it's Valentines Day and very busy . I order salt and pepper shrimp that's my favorite dish everytime I come to P.F change. Its like fried into an oil that's been used for weeks . Bitter and disgusting. I spoke to manager and he didn't do anything. Server is good but they took him out and have him help at the bar so he wasn't able to check on us. This is not P.F changs I used to like the food taste deteriorates . Quality went down . I don't know if we'll be back in here.

The server was nice but the food quality and portion size was a joke. 17 dollars for the dynamite shrimp, that use to be whole shrimp. Now it’s like they cut 2 pieces into multiple small pieces. The honey crispy chicken was soggy like it’s been sitting in the sauce for 15 minutes before it was brought to the table. I feel like I overpaid for Panda Express.
