They have really good lobster tails , fresh and tasty pastries , unfriendly people in here but good pastries lol The place looks old from outside but nice from inside .

I always drive past this place and decided to finally stop in. Great classic Italian pasties at reasonable prices. I got a small box filled with various pastries that were around $3 each and paid $20 total. Great to bring to dinners!

Bakery was told that I had a nut allergy. I ate the cake and had a severe allergic reaction. I explained the incident to the manager who was not helpful and try to make me believe there was no way nuts were inside when I’m only allergic to nuts! I tried to call back three times after the incident and NO ONE has ever called me back after explaining my situation. Do not come here as they are negligent to food allergies and truly do not care about their customers!!!!!

We just received our holiday order of Colombe, Panettone and holiday cookies. Thank you Palazzone family for your help with our selections.
It doesn't get any more authentic than the Italian specialties available at Palazzone 1960. Everything from the zeppole di San Giuseppe to the holiday panettone, delicious coffees and the Giancarlo Palazzone is truly a master at his craft. Those visiting should be aware that the cafe is closed on Mondays, and that everyday is good for amaretti cookies. Looking forward to my next visit or order.
Deserts are AWSOMEEEEE. I WANT TO BUY EVERYTHING THERE....

This morning, I visited Palazzone to buy a cappuccino. I usually come to this café two to three times a week with my friends, and we often sit for hours enjoying the place, which we have always found very pleasant.
However, today I had an experience that made me feel very upset. I waited to be helped for approximately ten minutes, and the person in charge of taking orders (named Teresa) completely ignored me. It felt as if it was simply because I am Latina. A few minutes later, a white customer walked in, and she was assisted immediately and very kindly.
When I asked why my order had not been taken, her only response was, “I thought you had already ordered.” To which I replied, “How could I have ordered if no one has taken the time to ask me what I would like?”
This situation made me feel discriminated against and completely overlooked in a place that I have consistently supported.

The 1 star is not for their pastries, which are decent, but rather for their attitude. I walk in and proceed to order 32 pastries, and while I’m waiting, I order “un caffè”, to the Italian speaking lady behind the counter. She proceeds to make it and serves it to me in a paper cup, which was weird because they had a mountain of porcelain espresso cups on top of the coffee machine. A minute later, some Real Housewives Of New Jersey, guidette walks in and orders coffee, and the same lady behind the counter serves it to her in a proper porcelain espresso cups, complete with saucer and spoon. I guess you have to be in the Jersey goombah club, in order to get treated properly at this place. And they have the nerve to call themselves Italian.
