There was an incident this morning, with ordering a sausage egg and cheese sandwich for eat in, the old guy in glasses that was making the food served me the sandwich, which didn't have the sausage in it. He didn't believe me, dug into the garbage can that had my order number, then immediately proceed to take my sandwich and put the sausage in it. WITHOUT CHANGING ANY GLOVES. Straight from the garbage can to the sandwich. Disgusting practice!

At about 3:00PM I took out a Turkey Bravo sandwich and 2 bowls of soup. The bread was stale. The entire meal was almost inedible. I have found that Panera stores have different quality. Stale bread at a Panera is not excusable. I will not return to this Panera store again.

This is ridiculous. This store has always been not a good experience for us. We ordered a veggie sandwich as always at any store and it’s just imagine how small it would be. Check the picture. 😂
On top of that everything was put on one side and I had to open and reconfigure so I can eat it.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Panera Bread. My wife has a severe allergy to pumpkin seeds, which we clearly stated when placing our order. Despite this, her meal arrived with pumpkin seeds, putting her health at serious risk. This lack of attention to detail is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the fruit cup we received contained fuzzy, moldy fruit. This speaks to a complete lack of quality control, and it’s shocking that management would allow such carelessness to occur. For a brand that markets itself as fresh and wholesome, this experience was anything but. We will not be returning.

Ordered the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and the chicken was cold and barely any bbq sauce. It was pretty pricey so you would expect your sandwich to be warm but I guess that’s asking for too much 😭

Stopped in for lunch, lady took my order first mistake was I told her I was going to take it to go. Went to the back to get my food and it was sitting bowls when I asked it to be for to-go. Go out to the car to have my lunch and my Mac and cheese is mush and dry, (didn’t eat it) the salad was like stringy and soggy and didn’t smell right. I love panara this was a first for me and will probably be my last visit.

I go all the time to this Panera it's my favorite Panera/ on the way to work to pick up coffee. I even came here directly after I got my driver's license about 10 years ago and it's just a perfect casual place I even see local groups hang out and enjoy the place. 10/10 the better Panera in the area.
Dietary restrictions: I tend to avoid soups from most places because I'm allergic to carrots but this is the only Panera that actually looked into if the tomato soup had carrots for me because I love a simple tomato soup and no other Panera could confirm or deny it but this Panera went through the whole ingredients book for me so I could enjoy the soup without fear.

It’s the worst restaurante ever. You get a bad food and also you have to take a shower and wash your clothes because they have a strong small that stinks you and your soul.
We got really sick eating their chicken noodles soup. The server went in the back after forgetting our order, and came back with, what we though was fresh soup. Instead, it made us so sick. Don't go here after 6pm, you might regret it.

Quality has gone way downhill. Honestly I’ve had hospital cafeteria food that is better. The bread they serve lately is terrible. Salads are yuck. My kid’s grilled cheese was basically bread with hardly any cheese on it. Soup wasn’t hot. Entire place smelled like curry which was off putting.
