I was at the Panera on Rt 23 in Wayne, NJ. The woman at the register was very unsanitary. She was wiping her nose repeatedly with her bare hands and then touching the register, cups and desserts at the front. I brought it to her attention while she handed me a cup. I refused to take it and tried to take a clean cup. She became very belligerent and argumentative and did not clean her hands. I will not be returning to this Panera due to unsanitary conditions.

It is odd that the key to efficient ordering, the tablet computers, have software that does not function properly. You enter your phone number, look at your past orders, yet can not then check out. Instead you have to go to the counter, where they input the same info again, and magically now you inclined to give the nice associate a tip but you re not sure they ll actually get the tip. Not the first time this has happened, and the computer wizards should address the problem. The food is decent; the ordering is problemmatic.

There was an incident this morning, with ordering a sausage egg and cheese sandwich for eat in, the old guy in glasses that was making the food served me the sandwich, which didn't have the sausage in it. He didn't believe me, dug into the garbage can that had my order number, then immediately proceed to take my sandwich and put the sausage in it. WITHOUT CHANGING ANY GLOVES. Straight from the garbage can to the sandwich. Disgusting practice!

At about 3:00PM I took out a Turkey Bravo sandwich and 2 bowls of soup. The bread was stale. The entire meal was almost inedible. I have found that Panera stores have different quality. Stale bread at a Panera is not excusable. I will not return to this Panera store again.

This is ridiculous. This store has always been not a good experience for us. We ordered a veggie sandwich as always at any store and it’s just imagine how small it would be. Check the picture. 😂
On top of that everything was put on one side and I had to open and reconfigure so I can eat it.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Panera Bread. My wife has a severe allergy to pumpkin seeds, which we clearly stated when placing our order. Despite this, her meal arrived with pumpkin seeds, putting her health at serious risk. This lack of attention to detail is completely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, the fruit cup we received contained fuzzy, moldy fruit. This speaks to a complete lack of quality control, and it’s shocking that management would allow such carelessness to occur. For a brand that markets itself as fresh and wholesome, this experience was anything but. We will not be returning.

Ordered the smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich and the chicken was cold and barely any bbq sauce. It was pretty pricey so you would expect your sandwich to be warm but I guess that’s asking for too much 😭

Stopped in for lunch, lady took my order first mistake was I told her I was going to take it to go. Went to the back to get my food and it was sitting bowls when I asked it to be for to-go. Go out to the car to have my lunch and my Mac and cheese is mush and dry, (didn’t eat it) the salad was like stringy and soggy and didn’t smell right. I love panara this was a first for me and will probably be my last visit.
