I ordered a sandwhich, grilled cheese, it was soggy bread, not even toasted, pieces of burned cheese. Ate it cause I was hungry at work. Wasn't even toasted š
Well the cashier was friendly but could have been more sanitary with our items. The broccoli cheddar soup was very watered down, thin (didn't stick to the bread thin) and flavorless. That was annoying, especially for the price, also, what water are they adding? Sink water? Have they just changed the recipe? Other locations are not like this.
Fuji salad was good and the comments from the sandwich were good. The bread was dense and tough. You had to really tug to eat it. I don't know what's happening at this location but for $48 bucks for two people, this is not the experience I want. We will not be revisiting here for quite some time.

The music was so loud and distracting. I was trying to get work done while I ate and everywhere in the restaurant the music was obnoxious and had lyrics that were blaring. I will not return and recommend others who want to get work done don't either.

I had a great experience at Panera Breadāthe staff was friendly, my food was fresh and tasty, and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Their bread and pastries are always a highlight, making my visit very enjoyable
Whenever in the area or near enough to, prefer coming too this location since its quicker, quieter then some others for a weekend morning breakfast.

They dont have bagels left after 11 am. Not sure how a cafe operates like this.. personal conversations going on while customers are confused on how to use the kiosk etc. they def need new stratgies on customer service and how to be fully stocked for the tuesday deals.. management needs to up there game.. disappointing
