Go to the one on rt 23 in Pompton Plains instead!!! DON'T EVER ORDER ON THE APP for this place! Worst Popeyes store I have ever been too. I ordered online for my family and when I got there they told me they had no chicken. Yes you heard that right!! They told me I had to cancel my order on the app and there wasn't anything they could do. They need to close it down at this point. Horrible customer service, shortage of food, orders are never completed correctly, the store looks dirty. I will be going to the one in 23 from now on!

The ingredients are now infioror in restaurants.Their cooking badly intently.They have bought Indian, terribly raised chickens, the recipes are so bad with Temperatures cooked.Shame on them .Stay with American Popeye's.

FOOD SERVED HOT CASHIERS AND MANGAMENT VERY FRIENDLY AND APPROCHABLE
The food, including the chicken and fries, was cold/warm & not fresh. It looked like it had been sitting there 30 minutes before I got there. When I tried selecting the pieces I wanted for my chicken, I was told I had to “mix them up” because they were apparently “low in stock.” It made no sense to me because the place was empty & even if there was other people they’d just run out either way. Their soda was also flat/bad. I don’t normally write or give bad reviews, but this was most likely my worst Popeyes experience.

I am so disgusted with this restaurant not only were my ghost pepper wings old and had a horrible aftertaste as I’m sitting at the table eating a fly came on top of my chicken sandwich and sat there. They have to do more cleaning. It ruined my whole appetite I did not want anything else from there.

By far the worst Popeyes I ever step foot in. Usually when I walk in and look behind the workers there's already Chicken on standby and fries. That place had nothing on standby but themselves it's sad to see a place such as Popeyes not kept to its standards. Overall it was my first and last time there it needs new management sadly.
