QDOBA Mexican Eats

Love coming to this Qdoba, they always give me the perfect portions size and the staff is always friendly and well mannered. The manager Martha always has a great attitude and makes sure that her staff is doing everything in there power to make the experience as pleasant as can be. Food is delicious and well made. No complaints

I had to make dinner for 12 people today, and make different stops at the mall. The crew here made it super simple to take a lot of different variations of food back home. The food was super fresh and everyone got to pick from different flavors!

I placed an order through DoorDash around 5:25 PM for two bowls. With just five minutes left before they closed orders, I went to pick up my food. When I got home and opened my order, I found that the lid of one bowl was not closed properly. To make matters worse, I discovered a small bug on the side of the bowl. I was so disgusted that I forgot to take a picture and ended up throwing everything away.

I checked the other bowl, and they had included plain, tasteless white rice instead of the cilantro lime rice I had ordered. There was no cilantro, despite my request for extra, and the chicken was covered in a lot of fat. It seemed like they just used leftover ingredients for my bowl. Everything tasted bland, including the sauces.

I cannot recommend this place at all. It used to be my go-to, but now I will not be returning. I’ll take my business elsewhere; I'd rather go back to eating Chipotle.

Go somewhere else… I asked for a burrito and it was basically just a lot of rice and small amount of meat and everything else, they don’t listen to instructions because they messed up a bowl I ordered too. They are pretty rude too

The food was decent, but the portion sizes were smaller than expected. When I requested a soda, I was first given a bottle, which was then switched to a fountain drink filled with ice—despite asking for no ice. Additionally, refills were not available. Overall, the experience could be improved with more consistent service and better portion value.

This was my first time trying Qdoba, and unfortunately, it wasn’t a good experience. The staff member was rude and very stingy when serving my food. For the price I’m paying, I expect a decent portion and to be treated with respect. The hospitality was not good, and it left me disappointed.

The service at Qdoba in Wayne, NJ is terrible, especially Mrs. Martha and his colleague. I went to complain to the bosses, and I'm not the only one who has complained about them. they should be fired because thanks to them the clients will leave
