I'd call myself a bit of a burrito connoisseur. I've had more than my fair share of burritos in my life. I've had good and I've had bad. This officially is the worst burrito I've had in my entire life. The staff was rude, and when it came to the loading the burrito, it was loaded full of juices from the pinto beans, they didnt drain anything from any container. I ended with a soup of a burrito. Then when it came to wrapping, it busted open on the side and was not even fully wrapped, leaving exposed lettuce through the entire length of the burrito. It was entirely impossible to eat as a burrito. Had to dump it all out after taking the first bite. Then when I started eating it as a bowl, the rice is either uncooked or dried from sitting out too long, because there are crunchy sharp bits in the burrito. Amazingly terrible way to spend $12.45. Dear god go somewhere else in the food court

This Qdoba location has gone downhill. The employees are very rude and the food is just not as good. I got red onion on my bowl and the onion was cut so thick. The cilantro was not fresh, it was wilted and brown. The beef brisket is very dried out. My favorite is the shredded pork, that is even off-putting. They used to be very good, but I don’t know what changed. If you’re going to be rolling your eyes every time I make a choice of what food I want in my bowl, maybe you shouldn’t be working there then. Very disappointed about how I was treated. I spent $16 to be disappointed.Vegetarian options: They have some options. I had the option to get buy one get one free because of a Valentine’s Day offer and I didn’t even use up the deal the food was that bad! I was just ordering my burrito with my mom and the manager started being rude to one of the co workers and told him he didn’t know anything and pushed him around. My mom told the manager that was no way to talk to people and as a manager that’s no way to speak to people specially co worker. She continued to discriminate my mom and said she didn’t speak English, she was discriminating my mom and she threaten us to call security on my mom and I because we were simply defending the co worker but she continued to be rude to my mom and was racist. She started screaming to us and in no way was she respectful. She didn’t allow us to get our food and put it to the side. We are so disappointed that’s the kind of people that are “managers”. She was a bully towards her co-workers and to customers. I would love to speak to a manager or the owner of this Qdoba.

Ordered a bowl through the Qdoba app. Went to the food court where it is located and was told they do not have my order. I showed them the confirmation on the app and they apologized and put the bowl together for me. I think something happened with the ordering system between the app and the store. Plenty of parking at the mall. It was easy to find the food court which was located on the ground floor.

I’ve ordered here off DoorDash several times and never had a problem. Today I ordered a burrito with the birria shredded beef. I received my order and it had no meat in it. It was a rice burrito. I called the store to inform them (I would have called DoorDash but I was hungry so I ate it anyway) that I recieved an incorrect order. The lady who answered the phone told me she did it on purpose because “I don’t know how many orders the driver has so I don’t put meat in DoorDash or Uber eats orders.” So my food was intentionally made incorrectly. If you’re worried about food spoiling during a delivery, don’t offer DoorDash or Uber eats; don’t purposefully make an order incorrectly.

Several times when the manager has assisted me she has had a very bad attitude. When she's made mistakes on my orders and I have corrected her she gets upset & doesn't take accountability. For these reasons I have opted to no longer eat here.
