Mango smoothie was really good. Lemon honey tea was quite sweet. Staff is nice n friendly. Overall a good place to grab drinks

The girl who attends in this place is a very unpleasant person. I asked him about a type of juice and he didn't even welcome him again, he spoke to him repeatedly and ignored us and when I look at my husband and my torsio La Boxa in a bad way, I don't understand how they can put a person who attends to the public who has a very bad aspect and his cordiality to attend.

The 2 employees that were working there yesterday evening, need training on basic customer service. It was 8:30 & I simply asked whether they were closed but they completely ignored me. Both saw me standing there & I get disregarded from both of them.

Ordered Macha tea juice it tasted like fish sardines it was disgusting. The worker saw we just ordered and the look on my granddaughters face and mine when we tried it. We had to pay for another we didn’t even get a discount. Won’t order from there again.

So sweet it wasn’t even drinkable and had to throw it out. Asked for the half sugar and tasted like they put double the sugar. Three others I was with that all got different drinks had the same experience and had to throw out their drinks as well.

Real Fruit Bubble tea employee Michelle ? made me an awesome amazingly tasting pineapple, mango , papaya Slushy it was smooth to perfection.Amiri was very polite patient and answered all my questionable concerns as per the ingredients for my drink and he was such a delightful person in assisting me. I would definitely come here again to partake in the beverages. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Update: they said they would refund me and never did. No one ever reached out other than to tell me someone else would reach out to help me w a refund. Disgusting.I got my daughter a drink and at the end of the drink we saw a live bed bug. Customer service was trash and they wouldn't give me a refund after knowing my daughter ended up throwing up. They offered a free drink, but even after telling them my daughter became ill and would never return they stopped answering.

WILLOWBROOK MALL LOCATION NOT RECOMENDED. THEY CHARGE THE SAME AMOUNT AS THE OTHER LOCATIONS. THEY GIVE YOU MORE WATER THAN MANGOS.
