Love Real Fruit Tea but the employees here are the reason I won’t be coming back. They make the company look terrible. They are absolutely rude and childish. I couldn’t customize the order on the tablet so they said just to request it after placing the order. Next thing I know one of the employees is handing me a drink which I asked if it had sugar and she replied yes. I told her I needed a drink without added sugar for my elderly diabetic grandmother and she got so upset when I asked her to please remake it. They made me wait 30 minutes for my order. They left and went to the back room for 5 minutes. Came back and made 10 orders which were placed after mine. Slammed the cups. Most unpleasant experience. 1 star is the lowest I’m allowed to give but it really is a 0 from me.

The girl who attends in this place is a very unpleasant person. I asked him about a type of juice and he didn't even welcome him again, he spoke to him repeatedly and ignored us and when I look at my husband and my torsio La Boxa in a bad way, I don't understand how they can put a person who attends to the public who has a very bad aspect and his cordiality to attend.
