We had reservations on Mother's Day for 3:15. We arrived at 2:45 and was greeted and seated right away. The staff was professional and friendly. Our server Donna was amazing. Our Aunt does not like tomatoes and when salad came with tomatoes Donna immediately went back to the kitchen and replaced the salad. Donna gave us service as if she was serving her own mom. Donna's attentiveness was the cherry on top for our Mother's Day. Continued success and blessings Donna.

Last week's visit was exceptional. My wife and I enjoyed a delightful dinner following a long workday. The staff were incredibly friendly; Manager Frankz stopped by our table to check on us, and Axel provided attentive service, offering helpful recommendations. The overall staff demeanor was outstanding.

I would like to take the time to recognize 3 young ladies who helped serve me and my family of 51 guests. Destiny, Donna, and Kayla did a great job. Their professionalism and outstanding customer service helped my family and I have a great experience. They were thorough, quick and responsive to all of our needs. The young ladies handled business with a smile and a spirit of gratitude. Red Lobster should look to employ 100 more servers like these ladies. They represent your brand well. An extra Thank you to the manager Masu he allowed the backroom to be used to accommodate just my family. He was easy to deal with when I called to make my reservation. Kudos to the whole team. Thank you for a great experience.
