Terrible salad and the staff is incredibly rude and unwelcoming. It's clear that this place struggles with keeping employees, so upper management must be incompetent. I won't be coming back to this place.

I had the barbecue chicken salad and tomato mozzarella with basil panini. The salad was awesome, but there was a little more salad than chicken. The panini had shredded mozzarella cheese (I thought it would be fresh mozzarella slices). It also had balsamic vinegar, which made the bread slightly soggy, but edible. There was a bit too much balsamic vinegar in the sandwich ?????. Otherwise, the meal was delicious.

I ordered my food originally through DoorDash, and the name of it on there is SoupWorks not Saladworks. Red flag right from the start. I ordered chicken noodle soup and a turkey sandwich with avocado and bacon. The picture on their page shows deli style slices turkey with whole fresh sliced tomatoes & lettuce. What I got though was a sad excuse of that. Ripped up turkey mixed with old tasting pieces of lettuce and diced non-fresh tomatoes. And soups was super bland.
Stay clear of this place and any other Saladworks if they’re all like this one too

Overpriced for the tiniest portions! I asked for a little extra lettuce because the lady BARELY filled half the bowl and she goes, more lettuce is extra. Are you kidding me??? $15 later and I'm still just as hungry as when I came in. Used to love this place, NEVER AGAIN. Go to Just Salad up the road on 23N. WAY BETTER!!!!

Ugh I was really dissatisfied. Everything was ok until he put almost a cup of dressing and now the healthy salad was unhealthy. Please ask for dressing on the side. On top they want you to add tip for their poor service. 3 starts for the veggies. They were ok

I decided to give this place a try because I was looking for a healthier alternative for my medical needs yet, the 3 men on staff during 5 pm specifically one employee was very rude to me and I did not appreciate it. I was on my break and concerned about the cost and i asked the cashier about the prices I was told they vary I was hoping to spend 8 bucks or less so I asked about the wraps which were more pricey so I asked about the soups same answer and he pointed to the bottom of the glass and made me read it myself. As I was reading he turns to a previous customer and says “ let me guess you want to know how much are the salads?” But in a sarcastic tone and smirk on his face, this made me furious and I made sure to look at him seriously. I do not appreciate his comment or how he treated me I work at the mall in customer service and his behavior was unprofessional if i weren’t on my break I would’ve definitely demand to speak to a manager. I only continued my purchase of a soup because it was the cheapest option and met my health needs and I was timed.
Disgusting behavior! Very impatient and rude. They are lucky I didn’t curse them out because I was raised to keep quiet if I had nothing nice to say. Ruined my mood for my 30 minute break.

I had a horrible experience at salad works. The employees are so disrespectful. I asked to speak to the manager and I explained the situation and he had such a rude response to me after I told him what has occurred. I would never recommend getting food from this location.

Got the southwest Chipotle ranch salad. As I was finishing up the salad I found something that did not look right. Upon looking at it seem like it is a dead bug. Just wondering if it was just one that I found or more that I did not realize and I was eating it. Can not be more disgusted. Don't eat here. Who knows what you are eating.

I changed my mind about having the dressing mixed in and he had a FIT and yelled at me as to why I asked for it in the salad. I yelled back and said because I changed my mind!! It’s plain and simple. Never again. POOR consumer service.
