Overpriced for the tiniest portions! I asked for a little extra lettuce because the lady BARELY filled half the bowl and she goes, more lettuce is extra. Are you kidding me??? $15 later and I'm still just as hungry as when I came in. Used to love this place, NEVER AGAIN. Go to Just Salad up the road on 23N. WAY BETTER!!!!

Did I just pay $15 for this salad? The portion is for a kid. Are you joking with this? People, please don’t waste your money, there are a lot of better options with reasonable prices.

Overpriced for poor quality ingredients. This location is just not great. Over $17 for a salad and drink is ridiculous. I also received the wrong dressing on my salad.

I’ve been going to Saladworks for 15 years now and it’s been a sad, downhill slide for a long time. As a brand, they have made a number of mistakes, including discontinuing well liked salad dressings and salad combinations. I’m not sure if the prices are set by the company or by the individual store owner, but they are out of control. I ordered a create your own salad and the only extra items I ordered were an extra side of salad dressing and a regular sized fountain soda. The total? $18.95. At that price, it just does not make sense for me to return to Saladworks with any regularity. For comparison, a burrito bowl and large soda at Chipotle can be had for $13.33. Yes Chipotle has an economies of scale advantage, but the value shouldn’t be that far off. I work about three minutes from this Saladworks - if they had more reasonable prices, I would be going there twice a week instead of twice a year. They further diminish the value by decreasing the size of the dressing containers and having a half-broken fountain soda machine. There was no ice in the machine and the Diet Coke tasted flat. Why are they getting 2 stars? Well, the food still tastes good. I wonder how long until that goes too and the franchise goes out of business.

Was looking for something healthy and wanted to try this spot. I ordered my meal online. I ordered the southwest chipotle chicken bowl. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and was greeted. My food was ready, and I grabbed it and left. When I dug in, the bowl was ok. I added a little spice to taste. All in all, I had an ok experience.

Under New Ownership! New owner is super nice.So - needless to say I LOVED IT HERE! I got a 'Build Your Own Salad' and they named it after me...so I officially have a salad in my name - The Lorri Salad!My whole experience was awesome - the staff were great. Laughing with another customer in front of me who was amused at the salad named after him....lol. You choose from each sectioned station - so you choose your green first...romaine, kale, spinach etc. Then you go across and add to it. I added brussel sprouts (because it should be a crime not to!), red onion, buffalo chicken, boiled egg, green cheese, soy beans/endamame and avocado and dressed it with ranch dressing.It looked great! So great I decided to take it on a date! We went for a mini picnic to my local lake - nice quiet night. I took it home to finish it off (wink wink) and LET ME SAY! That plate is HUGE! I had to take a picture of it half eaten to show the DEPTH of the plate. Totally enough for two! I have saved half for tomorrow.Seriously the possible combinations are endless - mine may seem a little odd to you - you SERIOUSLY have tons to choose from.I hope my pictures give you good idea of the salad and the place. I don't usually leave reviews so I hope this helps you!
came during rush hour, the man worker walked away from customer and had bad attitude with customer in the front. unprofessional worker!!! two stars for the worker in front, poor girl.

$13.60 something for this sad looking *kids meal size* portion. , out side poster doesn't show price and their menu doesn't show price either,. if 13 dollars I would have walked right back out.I remember going to salad works everyday for their Newport salads. Quality, portion, service, all went down and unsure how saladwork are operating in the 2022 market. Wonder who will come and take their business

Bought three salads with Avacado. The avacado was old brown and obviously rotten. Ruined salad and experience. Spent $39 and had rotten component. It wasn't a Radom piece. Each and every piece was rotten. Disgusting. Never inspected the toppings before getting them but now it is a must if I ever return. I was embarrassed to serve the salads. Buyer Beware. Business does not take pride in quality and freshness of food.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was just so disgusted by this that I had to say something. I ordered a Buffalo chicken salad and a steak sandwich. The Buffalo chicken had no flavor and when I opened up the sandwich (which did not look appetizing) I found a sticker inside. A sticker in my sandwich! So gross. Employees obviously don’t care and it shows. I definitely will never order from this place again, and I suggest you don’t as well. Overpriced for terrible food!
