The Sarku Japan in the willowbrook mall is the best one in the area. All the others are ok, but this one is always a perfect experience. The same guy makes my Rock & Roll every time and it’s always perfect. The set up on the counter where you can grab napkins, and pour your own soy sauce is always stocked. If you like this place but never experienced the one in the Willowbrook mall, I suggest you come and experience it. If you had sushi from a Sarku Japan and didn’t like it, then I know you were at one not at willowbrook mall.

Sarku has been a staple of food courts for as long as I can remember. To be honest, the sushi is really good! We ordered at the front and they made it fresh on the spot. The chicken teriyaki is also very satisfying if you want a healthier option for lunch, it comes with rice and mixed vegetables.

Located in food court of Willowbrook mall, this Sarku has sushi counter on one side and teriyaki grill on the other side. It’s very popular with shoppers, as I witnessed customers getting in line one after another.It was fun to watch them grill, the whole grill was covered by chicken, they prepared about 12 boxes at the same time.The taste of the food was excellent, standard Sarku quality. Chicken was tender, with yummy teriyaki sauce, soft rice and nicely cooked vegetables.
